To install additional platform dependencies, follow platform-specific guides. Use the command-line tool to create a Cordova project from scratch. Navigate to the directory in which you want to create your project, and then type cordova create<path>. Navigate to the project directory after creating a Cordova Project. You will need to add the platform to which your app is to be built from the project directory. Cordova wraps your HTML/JavaScript application into a native container that can access the device functions on multiple platforms.
