Active or synthetic transaction monitoring (STM), simulates real users accessing cloud services and infrastructure such as Office 365. Monitoring of the user experience is available 24/7. No complicated scripting is required. App performance monitoring via Web UI, client, and API transactions. Full network path performance information is available for correlation and outage detection. Our solution was easy to set up and maintain. CloudReady is compatible with any Windows OS and any workload. We monitor all aspects of Office 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Skype for Business. It's not just pings. We do extensive testing of infrastructure and apps with cross-server timings. Yes, upload/download tests! Monitoring and testing of message queues.

Pricing Information:

Synthetics costs $100 per sensor credit, Browser RUM costs $2 per month per user, and complete EUEM or DEM starts at $4 per month per desktop device). Volume and bundle discounts are available for all feature sets and can be discussed further with the sales team.
