T*SOL Description
T*SOL is a simulation program that can be used to calculate the yield of a solar thermal system. T*SOL can be used to optimize your solar thermal system, dimension storage, collector arrays, and roofs, and determine its economic efficiency. You will have access to a wide range of systems for heating support and domestic hot water heating, as well as for pool heating and process heat, at the beginning of the design process. You will receive dimensioning suggestions during the design process and can use a parameter variation in order to find the best combination, e.g. You can adjust the storage size and area. Graphically, you can display the parameters of the simulation results like energies, temperatures and volumes. There are two types of display formats available: line graphs and bar charts. You can change the time axis between a day or up to a full year.
