TheraScribe makes it easy to save time and energy when creating a treatment plan, progress notes and homework. Click to select prewritten, customizable statements that experts have created to describe the client's symptoms, goals, short-term objectives, and diagnosis. Click on the link to view prewritten Progress Note statements, and to choose Homework that is specific to the primary problem. The Appointment Scheduler is easy to use and can be exported to Outlook. TheraScribe lets you set up Treatment Plan Review Reminders at a configurable interval. A Clinical Pathway allows the creation of a reusable template that can be used to create a Treatment Plan. It includes predetermined problems, definitions and goals, objectives, interventions, and a diagnosis.
