They are not only cooperative but also incredibly patient when assisting with problems, such as installing libraries or modules for my Django web app. While I'm giving them a rating of 4 instead of 5, it's only because I believe there's room for improvement. For instance, I'd appreciate it if ArzHosting could make PostgreSQL database integration easier and more visible. I faced some challenges when attempting to use PostgreSQL for my project, despite my research on how to do so.
