    Ideal Cloud ERP alternative to the BigTech ERPs out there

    Summary: Great experience over all. Product was great and the company and their business model makes this solution is unlike any we've seen thus far.

    Positive: We chose BizAutomation due to the company's website, which made a convincing argument about why a single version vs their prime competitors was important, not something I had on my radar before I ventured into ERP. The fact that they're the anti-BigTech ERP, privately owned and gets involved in each implementation to guarantee success in an industry known for failed projects was also a plus. Sure enough, during the implementation they were very helpful and provided enhancements I wasn't expecting. To make a long story short, I recommend them. If you're looking for POS for brick and mortar retail, I'd say there are other solutions better suited to that particular task, but for a total solution, I give them two big thumbs up.

    Negative: Documentation could have been better but in the end it didn't really matter because of how support is handled.

    Summary: Great experience overall. Still learning all the bits and pieces as we get closer to go our go live date.

    Positive: This software is easy to learn to use. You can import data from customer, vendors, items, etc. Screen formats can be customized to what you want to see.

    Negative: Forms are a little hard to work on although they have other who will create the form of your choice. I just like to do my own design.

    Summary: Even though we're a small multi-national business in the 20-100 employee range, we have powerful needs, that weren't apparent until after we committed to BizAutomation, and they've been incredibly responsive to our needs, and have been very reasonable. Most importantly, they've not leveraged us even though we're financially committed.
    Not what one would expect from the typical Big-Tech software company.

    Positive: The BizAutomation team really worked with us to develop a system that would help us use the same program for our Canadian and US offices.

    Negative: Any issues we had, we were able to work with Biz to find solutions.
