Summary: Overall it's a decent program if you're ok with not having much customization on it. They do keep their branding on things too.
Positive: Good software if you need very very basic set up for a Medispa or spa business. The built in messaging feature is confusing too.
Negative: The messaging and email feature is very limited to use.

If you don't mind instability Date: Dec 20 2022
Summary: Find something else. This has the potential of being a good salon software. But waiting since 2017 to now 2022 and no significant improvement, not ok. ALSO expect them to not be able to provide you with all your data - reason - they don't have access and don't know how.
Positive: Allows clients to schedule online. Good level of information that allows you to build relationship with client.
Negative: Unstable, crashes, deletes client info, deletes financial transactions, the limited reports are not accurate.
