    Perfect to manage/filter lots of sponsorship requests

    Summary: The best benefit we get is that we now have ONE PLACE to send everyone to when they say they'd like to request a sponsorship. It's fair and transparent, the process is now clear. And most of it is automated. We needed help to customize our sponsorship policy so it was handy to work with Elevent for that.

    Positive: We use Elevent's software for a specific use case : filtering sponsorship requests because we receive around 150 per year and it's literally a part time job to read, filter and answer to everyone. The interface and features are all focused on that task, it doesn't do 1000 things. We liked that it was quite fast to install and deploy. Once installed, it's does a lot of the work itself. I would recommend it to organizations who have people who spend a lot of their time answering/declining sponsorship or donation requests, it's worth it.

    Negative: Limited APIs and customization possible. We like to use tools like Zapier, etc. to connect more systems and it's not supported right now. It would be a nice extra.
