Lots of promises - very little follow through

    Date: Mar 21 2022

Summary: They have one person responding to technical service issues and quite frankly, he should not be allowed to interact with customers. He is rude and seems often to be intentionally obtuse. I have never interacted with anyone who is so quick to blame anyone but his own system for issues encountered. And if he does decide your issue is worthy of being fixed, you get a work around. A bandaid over the situation without the problem ever actually being fixed.

Positive: When we were being courted by BrokerPro they made a lot of promises about the functionality of their system as it was and what it was going to be capable of doing in the near future. The system seemed easy to use so we signed on, and it was easy to use, until they started making random changes

Negative: Both technical and customer service are dismal. Unless you have money to pay. Once you start paying for changes, they are more than willing to work with you. Even outside of that, there were features we used and liked, but some random guy in their IT department would decided a feature wasn't necessary and remove it, no warning given, no opportunity to give all the reasons why the function should stay.
