Positive: We are thoroughly satisfied with the value we have received from this platform. The offerings are great and the pricing is just right. The customer service team was especially helpful in getting us up and running. Really like mobile capabilities for our technicians in the field.

Negative: This product provides excellent MEP functionality, although it may be a bit expensive for small companies in the field.

Positive: I’ve used other construction management software in the past, but BuildOps has been the easiest to use by far. Their customer service team is always available to help with any issues you may have, which is great. It’s obvious that they really care about their clients and providing them with the best tools possible.

Negative: It's too early to make a definitive statement, but in the few months that we've been using BuildOps, we've been really pleased.

Negative: I have a small business, and BuildOps has been perfect for my needs. It performs exactly as I require, i heard that larger businesses may not get the full range of features they're looking for.

Summary: Lots and lots of automation for our MEP shop, one CRM, centralized reporting, project management - all addressed with one platform.

Positive: How easy it is to just start using the platform - yes, there is some training with BuildOps support but takes a couple of days to start using their platform.

Negative: More dashboards would be helpful, better reporting dashboards categorization, maybe micro tutorials that have embedded links throughout the platform.

Summary: We had a good implementation experience with BuildOps platform, very helpful support and onboarding specialists.

Positive: Well thought UI and how easy it is to start learning the platform week - very little time to get started once all is implemented.

Negative: Too early to say - we are still in early phases of usage; first few months in the platform.

Positive: How easy it is to monitor and track customer records and related jobs, and see what projects/jobs related to which customer accounts.

Negative: Took me a few weeks to get started with all of the modules through personal training done by the BuildOps support people.

Positive: We are an electrical MEP type company. Our team was pleasantly surprised to see a multitude of functionality that supports our line of business.

Negative: Nothing, great software from every angle. Again, excellent functionality for MEP-type shops.

Positive: Makes my daily accounting job much easier now that there is complete integration between BuildOps and all of Quickbooks suite; + a few other financial tools we use.

Negative: Reporting - could use more ready-to-go dashboards for accounting and financials.

Summary: Figuring out how to better our quoting, invoicing, mobile reach, customer tracking - while reducing the amount of paperwork.

Positive: Our previous software was a "dinosaur" - couldn't get much done, had no field access, really hard to sync. We are happy that BuildOps found us and offered their technology.

Negative: After using on-premise software BuildOps is an amazing technology. Cloud is the way to go. Only good things to say about these guys.

Summary: Better technology stack focused around a cloud driven ERP that can support a large scale MEP type enterprise.

Positive: We had one of those big FSM platforms before (only videos on the website and PDFs for training) - replaced it for BuildOps. BuildOps support had personalized training sessions for us, with real people that actually know a thing or two about the industry!

Negative: Only good things to say about these guys --> live training, industry savvy specialists, it doesn't get better than this.

Summary: Solid platform for commercial shops out there. Fantastic mobile app that just keeps working everywhere where my team goes.

Negative: Mostly use BuildOps from the accounting side of the business and it works well for everything I do on a daily basis.
