Positive: With the new version of CINCEL, I can now upload documents in any format and the software automatically converts it to .pdf format.

Positive: In this new version, they added new features, for example, signature sequence and file to pdf converter, that was what I liked the most about CINCEL.

Negative: Perhaps I would have liked the colors and interface design to be more innovative.

Summary: In general, the tool is very good, it has all the functionalities that my work team requires. I like that they release the API from their Graphene Plan.

Positive: It is very easy to stop signing on paper. It is an excellent initiative to start the digitization process.

Negative: Maybe I would like the software to be available in other languages, but apparently this will be fixed in the next version.

Positive: It is very easy to use. You can disuse the paper. Contracts with CINCEL can be signed in a matter of minutes and from anywhere in the world.

Negative: I would like it to have more functionalities and perhaps I would change the color of the interface or add more personalization to the documents and the different elements that compose it.

Summary: I resolve the need to sign a contract without being physically in the office. I keep track of the order of the signatories.

I can identify which signer has not completed the process and report it. The legal validity granted before the Mexican Ministry of Economy is useful for any legal process.

Positive: It is the easiest digital signature software that I have used when signing documents and its validity obtained by being certified with the Official Mexican Standard (NOM-151) and notarization in blockchain gives me peace of mind knowing that it cannot be altered.

Negative: The only problem I have found is that it does not have an English version for international clients, but the platform's ease of use makes it intuitive to use. I would add an English version to take the scope to the next level.

Summary: Very easy to understand for me and my team.
Also the price is very attractive for any small business in LATAM.

Positive: Very easy to use. With legal compliance for Mexico and Colombia. Good API and integrations. Blockchain timestamps with Bitcoin and Ethereum.

Negative: The support is not in English yet but the CINCEL team tell me that they will release all the service in English in September 2021.

Negative: In the beginning, it can be difficult to understand the differences between certifications it offers.

Positive: It is very easy to use and pretty straightforward, once you enter to the system you know what you have to do.

Negative: If you are not aware of topics like blockchain, you might get lost with some of their functionalities.

Negative: I really don't have any cons, maybe it could be easer to upload more than one document per signature.
