    Summary: Great experience overall. The support team responds fast and get things done very efficiently. The marking logic is very flexible.

    Positive: Easy to configure, excellent service an support from the Certainty Team. The Certainty tool provides maximum flexibility in operating environments where technology skills and understandings vary considerably. With the ability to operate across desktop, mobile and hard-copy (pen and paper) formats they have all sources covered.

    Negative: User interface is very simple and easy to use for the end user but can become "busy" if not managed correctly at the administrative level.

    Summary: Good software that has improved our auditing processes. It has allowed us to strengthen our auditing program and reduced the time spent completing an audit.

    Positive: Creating checklists are easy to create and complete. The administrative functions to allow users restricted access is also easy to use and allows for lots of options. I watched a 20 minute webinar about creating checklists and was reasonably trained to create a basic checklist.

    Negative: Some of the functions our company requires are not available however Certainty attempts to develop it to our needs when possible.
