    Summary: We have found that the Document storage for our SOPs have been very helpful as well as standardizing our we assess each one of our business units via InfoCapture.

    Positive: Infocapture module has been one of they key game changes for how we run our organization. We continue to build our operational workflows around it.

    Negative: We have not fully leveraged the multiple team sites that can be created.

    Summary: Happy we found Claromentis before lockdown. Communicating and working on projects remotely has been easy. Automation has sped up a lot of processes and it helps to have everything in one place.

    Positive: It just works. Easy to use, great design and we’ve never had a problem getting hold of a human when we’ve needed something.

    Negative: Nothing much - a few delays on some recent upgrades .

    Perfect platform for wide ranging use

    Summary: Having the backup of the Claromentis team has bene critical to the success of our intranet. They are always available to discuss ideas and help us improve our intranet.

    Positive: We've been using the software internally for over 10 years, and it truly is our digital starting point for all employees. We use it to keep track of our clients, build eforms, (including leave, expense, incident and a risk register) news, document management, training and much more. For us, it is the first thing people open in the morning to access everything they need.

    Negative: It has many features, so this is not so much a con, but you need to be clear on what you need to roll out during implementation.
