Summary: Sharing screen on Zoom or helping client is now made easy. I use CloudApp to capture screen recording and go demonstrating tutorial for new client's. It also allows me to share screen recording on Zoom conferencing app on a real-time basis.
Positive: CloudApp is multitasker for our business. It can be used as customer support. It can also perform a presentation. Easy to screen capture. CloudApp can record local Webcam screen.
Negative: CloudApp does its job very well, I don't have any negative thought about this.
