Summary: Great overall experience, good company, great staff, like product has saved me time and money, needs to work with other products.
Positive: Staff is great they always respond to my phone call or emails, offer suggestions to help make my experience with the software easy to use.
Negative: Need to update videos YouTube and wish some of the packages were combined together at a cheaper price.

Summary: Overall the start up process was quick, convenient, and the programs were explained to me thoroughly. Training was seamless, and in truth the product is largely intuitive. This is a very polished team with a very polished product.
Positive: From the time I made the decision to partner with DietMaster, the team made it completely seamless. They were easy to contact, prompt with the responses, and helped my team and I get things set up quickly, easily, completely, and in a supremely professional manner. The system itself is easy to use, intuitive, and was immediately accepted by the patient population.
Negative: I am still waiting for something I do not like.

Summary: John was very helpful in helping me navigate through the software. I know that the more that I use it, the more efficient I will become and will absolutely love this program.
Positive: I like that it takes all the guess work out of making a meal plan that works for my clients. I am looking forward to seeing my client's results after this first week.
Negative: I wish there was a way to add a "day" out of one template and transpose it into another one.

Summary: We have been able to serve our wide range of clients better since we purchased this software. It has given our training program an added layer of value and separates us from others in the field.
Positive: DMP has a wide variety of nutrition programs to choose from and doesn't lock you into one nutritional theory. They have excellent customer service and help you maximize their product. What I think I enjoy most is the fact that they are always trying to help you build your business and provide your clients with the best possible service so that you, as a company or a trainer, can give your clients a first-class experience.
Negative: I wish that we could use carb timing theory, but beyond that everything else is pretty great.
