Digital WarRoom Description

DWR eDiscovery allows legal professionals to review, process, and produce documents that could be relevant to litigation.

Our Software and hosted Subscriptions offers a wide range of document review tools, including AI search, keyword search, keyword highlight, metadata filtering and marking documents. It also has privilege log, redactions and analysis tools to help users better understand their document corpus. These features can all be done by the user themselves, so they can do the standard eDiscovery tasks without consulting.

    DWR Review

    Date: Jun 23 2020

Summary: My experience with DWR interface has been great. I am able to perform many tasks myself and save a lot of time and money to the client.

Positive: Very user friendly and let the user perform many tasks that other platforms do not allow. Easy download of documents and metadata.

Negative: Sometimes the interface freezes. When loading ESI it is difficult to separate coding for documents with the same pith but attached to different emails.

Reliable, Fast and Resourceful Product and Customer Service

    Date: Jun 09 2020

Summary: My overall experience with DWR has been extremely positive and I have recommended the program to several other law firms. It provides an amazing resource in a time where we are inundated with documents that are meant to bury litigators.

Positive: DWR is extremely user friendly and has multiple functions that make it easy and fast to review and find documents. The best part of DWR are the individuals that help guide you through the program and provide you with instructions, guidance and support. The support is amazing and better than any other program like DWR that I (or my firm) has used in the past.

Negative: To add a "comment," you need to open a task bar, instead of just inserting the comment under the "comment" column
