Summary: I've written Mr. Chavan about how his company is the very best - both when it comes to their infrastructure, but most importantly their support! Customer support has deteriorated to alarming levels these days - copy and paste basically - even for the biggies - and I've spoken a lot against this ie a human touch is what it's all about.

Positive: I have had several hosts (all big-name top 10 hosts) over the last decade. DomainRacer has, without question, the best tech support I have encountered. Migration was easy and when there was an issue (due to a configuration mistake I made) they quickly came to the rescue. I have dealt with multiple tech people at DomainRacer and they are all excellent. Most recently Prateek saved the day for me when I made a configuration mistake that he quickly figured out and fixed. Prateek was very knowledgeable, patient, and quick to respond.

Negative: Very very good customer service.

Positive: Support is excellent. I have had timely responses from tech support when needed. More recently I have benefited from good communication between the sales and billing departments.

Negative: I love the company's support for customers. The support is also ready to listen to the customer. They also extend the deadline if the customer explains to them that has payment issues.
