    Great product and great support

    Summary: We have worked with this vendor for several years and they have always been quick to respond. They have also helped us find solutions that we might not have reached on our own. The original software/platform that was used served us well, but now that we have moved over to a more robust and feature-rich solution it has proven invaluable. We look forward to continuing our relationship for years to come.

    Positive: Easy to use and offers a good deal of customization. We did not have any solution for this previously and now I cannot imagine what things would be like if we didn't have it.

    Negative: I really can't identify anything negative. Any "quirks" are due to some decisions made on our end--tradeoffs that we made from a design/aesthetic standpoint.

    Summary: I love it, it makes it very easy to have multiple signature layouts and adding new users is a breeze!

    Positive: The platform is very modern and easy to use. Also, the customer service is amazing and very helpful and responsive!

    Negative: No migration platform from their older system so made the switch a little time consuming.

    Dyansend just got better

    Summary: We have been using Dyansend for years now. We were updating our emails and wanted a new way to deliver them. Dynasend new platform delivered that for us.

    Positive: The new platform. Easy to use. Apply banners to groups. Well Done. Very well done. I thought Dynasend was good before. Now I can't see any other way.

    Negative: None. That platform works. Support had any bugs we were facing ironed out very quickly.

    Summary: We have been a long time Dynasend customer and they have really stepped up their game and advanced the the capability of the technology to our need.

    Positive: How simple it is to set up and have users manage their signatures all while keeping cooperate identity intact for consistency.

    The ability to add banners or other modifications without relying on users to do so.

    Negative: Nothing I can think of from Dynasend.

    Summary: This has been one of the best upgrade experiences that I have ever had. Digitech Branding, LLC is a great company to work with and their service is top notch.

    Positive: Digitech Branding has their act together with the latest version of Dynasend. It is great that there is no longer a need to install a desktop app for this product and everything is available in the cloud and I have the ability to manage our company's email signatures no matter where I am. The upgrade path had one or two hiccups because we use a customized setup for our organization. However, Rex, Fede and the whole Dynasend team provided great customer service at the drop of a hat and our upgrade succeeded with very little effort. Thank you all.

    Negative: There were no major issues. One necessary feature had not been developed when we first went to upgrade to the latest version of Dynasend. REx let us know that the necessary feature would be ready "in about 2 weeks". They update was delivered within 10 days. Once again, Great Service every time.

    Email Signatures Reinvented

    Summary: It seems like a small thing, but a good looking email signature makes a statement; that you care about things and that your company works hard on brand. This signature system makes it easy for users to create their own signature but stay on brand with minimal support from company IT.

    We have found this system to be flexible, reliable and easy to use. The support is truly amazing, each time I have had a question or requested a change, that question is answered fully or the changes are implemented.

    Positive: Integrated with Outlook - changes can be made to the signature with the press of a button in outlook, with the resulting changes immediately available.
    Highly Flexible - There are a wide range of settings and formats to fit most needs.
    Easy to Administer - Management of all company signatures and settings from a central web management tool.

    Negative: The signature is snagged from the cloud each time you start a new message or reply; this causes a slight delay before the signature shows up after opening the message. Hopefully the add-in can be revised to cache the signature to insert immediately, then check for a change and update if needed.

    Easy To Implement & Initiative Updated Platform

    Summary: Overall, my experience with the new Dynasend platform has been great. I have received comments from many users about how easy it is compared to the previous version.

    Positive: The new Dynasend platform has made it so easy for employees (users) to update their signature straight from Outlook. From the admin side, one of my favorite features is user groups. I can set up different signatures for departments, which has been utilized heavily. Rex is always quick to respond to my questions, which I greatly appreciate!

    Negative: The start-up process was a bit confusing to me, and I had too many questions throughout the duration. I think the documentation could be updated and a bit more detailed for a seamless transition!
