Summary: This is an amazing platform for all of our teams to be able to have eyes on the same thing and be able to work simultaneously on issues. It has saved us enormous amounts of time and money. It has given our team a safety net while eliminating time and added a layer of proficiency that is unmatched in anything else we use.
Positive: The universal transparency of this platform is probably my very favorite feature, we have so many separate teams that work together on the same issues. It's hard to be searching through multiple emails and platforms to gather all information needed for one case or PO in our circumstance. We utilize as many features as possible, the task feature is my second favorite, this is a daily use for all the interworking teams to be able to request information and needs from the other teams and be able to share the answers for all to see in one universal spot. We customize everything to our teams needs and are able to pull very specific analytics that not only help us manager our costs but have greatly helped us eliminate trends that have also significantly reduced our out of pocket costs.
Negative: Because this is a newer platform we run into some issues where we do not have everything we need up front, however that is also the beauty of this platform. When there is something we need more customized for our company the Elementum Team is so quick to send suggestions and customizations, its tailored more for our needs than a generic platform.
