Summary: Great email and newsletter service. I think it is the best option in the market. The price is affordable, and the service is fantastic. Everyone can use it.

Positive: Pricing is the best in the market. I am not an expert in email marketing, but the analytics are perfect for me. It is easy to use and set up. The template editor is excellent. Cheap pricing and works well.

Negative: I do not have any cons yet. It is working perfectly for me.

Summary: I am really satisfied with the results of my campaigns. I believe it is best suitable for small businesses.

It is super user friendly. I have never user one of these email marketing services before and even so I could setup my first campaign in a little time.

The templates are just perfect. It is tottaly professional.

Everything that you need to use it is easily find in the website.

Negative: No cons till now. Everything works correctly and It has been easy to use.

Summary: Excellent Service! It will not disappoint you. It is simple to use. You can make an email campaign fast, even if you are a new user.

- If you need to scale, the price is really good compared to other options
- Excellent customer support. I just use the free version and as a newbie, - I had a setup problem my email in the WebHost. The support helps me in a few minutes. Everything is free. It was a real person in the support.

Negative: There are just a few email templates available in the free version.

Summary: Excellent! I have no complaints, it meets my needs perfectly. I am able to deliver a totally custom, professional email to my nearly 1,000 subscribers with no issues.

Positive: I found EmailOctopus when looking for a cheaper alternative to Mailchimp. For now what I need is free, and if I do need to upgrade later it will be less than 1/2 what Mailchimp is.

It is very user friendly, I have had no problem importing contacts and setting up/ sending emails, even though I have never used one of these email services before.

I love how professional my emails look!

I have also been able to easily find answers to all the questions I have had on their site.

I love that I can look and see how many of my emails have been opened and how often the links are being used.

Negative: No cons so far, everything has been easy and looks amazing.

Summary: Overall I would recommend EmailOctopus to everyone that is looking to capture client/user data in a simple an easy way. If you’re looking to send a few emails a month then this is the platform for you.

Positive: I’ve used EmailOctopus on several projects over the years and I’ve always been impressed with its ease of use. The builder is intuitive. It has great integrations with major site builders, I use it mainly with Carrd. Email Octopus has a generous free plan, one of (if not the) best on the market.

Negative: EmailOctopus does lack some of the more power user features that you many find in services such as Klaviyo.

Summary: I run a very small newsletter for my blog content. It's nothing super critical, but I'm happy to use a product that I don't have to worry about.

Positive: Pricing is good. Template editor is nice. The analytics are good for my needs, but I'm no expert. And I like the integrations. Gets the job done.

Negative: I really don't have any cons to add. It works well.

Summary: Brilliant! It's a fraction of the price of other so called top auto responders but much better. I would recommend it completely.

Positive: It's so easy to use, nothing complicated about it at all even for someone new to email autoresponders.

Negative: Nothing. Really there isn't anything bad about it.

Positive: I write a Realtor newsletter in Florida and couldn't do it without Email Octopus. The tools are amazing, the templates are great. But most importantly, this system is reliable. I can always count on everything working as intended. I couldn't be more pleased.

Negative: Nothing. I have found no problems of any kind using Email Octopus.

Positive: I've tried a lot of different tools for email newsletters. EmailOctopus is by far the most accessible and user friendly one I've found. The plans are also very affordable!

Negative: Honestly? No cons. I love absolutely everything so far!

Summary: I'm on the small business end of things. Overall, this is your best option for a mail campaign. Support gives you a lot of tips, and they're responsive. The interface is easy to use. You have a lot of flexibility for your end product. Just be careful exiting out of your campaign when you're not done- you have to scroll back through the menus to get back to your work, and you might spend a couple of extra seconds looking for it.

Positive: A lot of customization is available, even in the trial version.

You're not sacrificing quality for price.

Negative: Menu can be a bit clunky to navigate, but it doesn't get in my way.

Summary: Smooth. I found the site very easy to use and there is plenty of learning help to get the new user started.

Positive: EmailOctopus is superb, well-designed and put together. Unlike its competitors, where the limit is 1,000, EO allow free users 2,500 subscribers before charging.

Negative: Not much, but I'm a pretty new user. One minor thing - I find the purple octopus logo a bit twee.

Summary: Simple, streamline, user-friendly and not at all intimidating. So easy to create a form and send to your subscribers.

Positive: This is the simplest, most user friendly interface that I have found for maintaining my email list.

Negative: None that I've found so far. Limited features but still enough.

Summary: An amazing ESP for a beginner as well as a pro. I love their email templates and how I can easily create an email course.

I didn't have to learn a ton to navigate their platform and use it in the right way.

Negative: - Analytics could be improved with more insights
- Which links are clicked by people. Right now it just says "xyz" clicked a link but doesn't say which link they clicked.
