Summary: We have used the Freespace sensors and platform globally since before COVID with great results. The data from the system has allowed us to create multi-year plans for how to move our real estate in a direction that optimizes space while making sure the space we do have is designed around what is needed for our businesses.
Positive: Freespace gives us a view of what is happening in our offices so that we can better establish services for how the office is used and plan for future workplace designs centered around employee needs. Their sensors have been easy to install and maintain. Getting data and reports has been straightforward through their portal. Their global team has always been helpful when we have needed something unique completed for a site.
Negative: Freespace continues to enhance their reporting capability. With the volume and type of data, it is hard to create reports that suit every company and need. Freespace continues to evolve the platform over time.

Positive: Freespace is a great tool for gathering critical data that helps us make important decisions about our facility. The reporting tools are easy to work with and provide the information needed in real time.
Negative: I can't really speak to the pricing as I am not involved in that. Sensors fall off of workstations or walls sometimes which can take a while to identify and correct.
