Summary: I've used GlowHost in the past with several clients and I found them helpful and knowledgeable at every stage. I have used numerous different host providers and I would put this web host up there with the best of them. I don't use anyone else.

Positive: I have been with GlowHost US web host for over four months everything is ok on their shared hosting. And my traffic is continuously increasing day by day. The network uptime is great.

Negative: They offer instant account activation - this a great plus for their team. It is also 100% Mobile Ready, so I have the opportunity to manage my hosting account.

Summary: I've also used other hosting plans from GlowHost for myself and others. Occasionally I have run into minor problems but they have always been very prompt at resolving them. To their credit, they have excellent Skype support. At any rate, I like GlowHost and would gladly recommend them.

Positive: Great web host for hosting my basic websites. The ssd hosting is super fast compared the speed I have had with my previous hosting provider.

Negative: One time we had a problem and the customer support was great, they have been helpful and spend significant time on the email to assist us. Good work, dudes.

Summary: I keep several websites with GlowHost web host and I have no issues! They suggested package for me, they helped with migration and my websites are working now without issues. Thank you guys, you are the best.

Negative: Very much appreciate being able to administer the site via the control panel. The uptime is very good. Nothing bad.

Summary: Hi, I've used many different hosting services in the last 8 years. They are proving a real high quality hosting services. Thank you GlowHost. It has been a long time since I needed a new web site. These Wonderful people are perfect for the job.

Summary: GREAT experience! Helped with migration. Helped with troubleshooting the apps. They FULLY support the integrated apps that they carry!

Positive: I switched from another provider to GlowHost because I use two things primarily - Invoice Ninja and osTicket. There were issues with osTicket being upgraded and not being able to export/print PDF, and very recently (2023-08-31) Invoice Ninja had an update that either broke the app or prevented PDF viewing - depending on what you did. While the previous hosting company helped somewhat, they've never gone into as much detail as GlowHost. The time, patience and assistance given - even creating admin logins for them (at my suggestion/request) so that the direct issues can be seen, troubleshooted and resolved - is above and beyond any customer service I've received at any other hosting company. I should also mention that they're one of the very few that will allow you to pay monthly if you'd rather for your site. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Negative: Some issues with apps - but that's not a fault of the provider.
