Summary: It is a very able protection software at a very reasonable price. I don't know any other option of the market that offers so much at this cost.

Positive: It is very easy to use, you set it up and forget about it, but you know you are protected. Sometimes antiviruses give you a lot of headaches but this is not the case with Heimdal.

Negative: At first it took me a bit to know the different parts of the software.

Summary: We consider Heimdal a very high confidence product. Must of our staff have used it at home as well with only very positive feedback from our employees. Recommended. 100 per cent effectiveness to-date.

Positive: This product builds confidence. We use this product combined with ESET Internet Security and we have had zero successful intrusion events over the past 8 years.

Negative: None. The cost is reasonable and the product is very easy to use/employ.

Nothing is missing from functionality. Some might wish for a "nicer" UI with more animations, but I vote for the informative, clean design, as it is.

I don't choose protective armor based on the color and paintings on it :)

Summary: Excellent experience so far. I have been recommending Heimdal to people for years now. Shame I wasn't signed up as an affiliate.

Positive: I've tested virtually every cyber security package available with varying results. I was one day recommended Heimdal by my bank and since banks rely on security to stay in business I tried it and I've never looked back.

I once make a mistake with my license details and the support team resolved my issue immediately. They not only seem high on security but also high on customer support.

The protection not only covers interactions that you make on your computer online, but it also updates other software packages automatically, so you are not running applications that may become vunerable.

Pricing is very reasonable for multiple machines. Especially, if you get an offer code sent to you. I am sure they are willing to share a code with you if you wanted to test drive their solution for the first time.

Negative: If you use common sense then there are no cons that I am aware of.

Summary: During Lockdown, we evaluated our entire Security Stack.
We installed different AV products onto a Virtual Machine and tried to infect them with Ransomware. Heimdal blocked everything.

Positive: Has never failed us, touch wood!
Our testing showed Heimdal to be better than other more well known products.
3rd Party patching, DNS scanning this is much more than AV.

Negative: There is no Connectwise integration so we can't automatically sync customer agreements.
The ROI report is vastly under priced - just stopping one piece of ransomware could save a customer thousands - the report shows more like £300.

Summary: Overall, my experience with the program is very good as it offers me adequate protection for internet browsing and system protection.

Positive: I like the speed that the program provides for internet browsing.

Negative: Use of too many system resources and processes.
Inability to access some sites, even putting them in the exception in your configuration.

Summary: Very good product, and above all the support, both direct and from the dealers, which is very important to make the most of the features.

Positive: Easy and complete solution.

Solution monitoring provides comprehensive details and helps with bug fixes.

Negative: It has been very helpful in detecting threats and user actions which represent a risk. and the application provides all the information necessary for corrections.

Summary: After 20 years of PC Universe Homme protection i have a last find a simple and reliable product.... I really recommend it.

Positive: Easy, works well alone, never infected and if a possibility of infection of weak security is identified, i know it immediately....
Since the 20 last years i have us lot of antivirus very known, this one is the best and the more reliable i recommend it.

Negative: No life time subscribe....
It is working so much alone sometime i wonder if he is still working or not ;)

Positive: Really good support, and it's working as promised. The impact on our PC's is minimum and the users don't even know, the program is installed. We have the whole package from Heimdal, and can't complain about anything.

Negative: A bit confusing when managing profiles and setup, but after getting to know the system, it's ok.

Summary: We have been using Heimdal for several years now, and have added on different modules as they became available. The support team are extremely helpful and respond within a short space of time. Heimdal is a product that I trust, it is constantly updating and adapting to the current threat levels.

Positive: Very easy to configure and install the product.
Additional modules can be added on at a later date with the click of a button.
Works silently in the background, the end user is not aware of it's existence.
Fantastic support that get back to you within minutes.
Constantly updating and adapting the product to protect against the latest threats.

Negative: The new ransomware module initially picked up several false positives but the latest release addressed this issue.

Summary: Satisfaction. The architecture of the overall solution is good and i have used the free trial and working fine.

Positive: Very good product, one of the industries good solution, as i have seen in the market.. the one thing which is good is the architecture of the solution.

Negative: Nothing as such, so far its same as like other EDR tools too.

Summary: Other than the occasional issue with blocking legitimate sites, it's very good security and protection on all user levels.

Positive: Easy to use and understand, pretty thorough in blocking threats and malware. The dashboard is easy to navigate and understand. Installation and updates are simple and straightforward.

Negative: Sometimes it's a little too aggressive, and blocks sites and activity that is legitimate and safe. The unblocking process is time consuming - having to email support each time, and should not be so complicated.
