    HotelFriend is growing as well as my property!

    Summary: We started work with HotelFriend about 3 years ago and since that time the company has kept growing.
    Super user-friendly (especially as it also has German language) and easy to set up. Amazing customer service. Integration with fiskaly, and Datev.

    Positive: We really like the booking engine and automated payment! We also like the variety of financial reports.

    Negative: I would like to see more flexibility with email marketing letters to communicate with my guests.

    It is really good Hotel Management Software

    Summary: It was a right decision to take this software. It was worth the money I invested. There would be upcoming updates that I am looking forward to.

    Positive: The software is very easy to learn and use.
    Invoices are completely customizable, and it is very easy to automate the entire operations from rates management to communication with guests.

    Great support and reliable channel manager

    Summary: HotelFriend has been a big help for our hotel. Their system has everything we need: a good channel manager, room management, and it keeps everything up to date.

    Positive: We really liked that HotelFriend has everything we need in one place, like IBE, channel manager, and room management. These parts work together without any problems. The Channel Manager, especially, stands out because it updates prices and availability very quickly, just like promised. We asked to connect our hotel with Booking and HRS, which are where most of our reservations come from. The customer support team is awesome. They always help us quickly when we need it.

    Negative: One thing we didn't like is that when guests want to pay on our website, they can only see options like "Visa/Mastercard”. There's no option to pay with PayPal. But the support team told us they are working on adding it as an option.
