Summary: Good platform, I use it a lot to listen to colleagues, try out new ideas, analyse my calls, use it for team demo reviews and review my notes. It does everything you expect a platform like this to do in a nice easy to use format. :)
Positive: Jiminny is great, the platform is intuitive, slick and does everything you expect.
I like how you can put in key words and themes and then see what are the typical conversations you are having with your prospects. It’s also great place to learn from other colleagues as you can quite easily see and compare your calls with your colleagues. The drop in call feature is also amazing for those times when you don’t want to intimidate your prospect with too many faces on call but also listen liveNegative: Not much to say, it does the job well. Sometimes Jiminny won’t join till later in the call or that it won’t pick up audio on some calls and the transcription isn't always accurate.

Summary: I love the Jiminny tool! If you prepare in advance by identifying your trigger words and coaching frameworks, set-up will be a breeze. Plan to make tweaks along the way once you see how the transcription is picking up words, then add them to the dictionary to make it smarter (like any AI tool). My team learns a lot with the reporting functionality and uses it to improve and identify trends in the market. The deal dashboard helps ensure no prospect gets left behind far better than my CRM. During set-up, I noticed a few glitches with the deal dashboard. The team at Jiminny was very quick to fix the issues (within 24 hours or less). I guarantee you will have "bigger", more well-known companies tell you Jiminny is not as advanced as they are because they are smaller and younger in the market, and even tell you things Jiminny doesn't do. I've found this to be not true. The Jiminny team is agile, and the technology is everything I need to keep my team moving in the right direction, without the obnoxious price tag.

Summary: My experience with Jiminny has been fantastic! I had a whole library of videos to learn from on-demand as soon as I onboarded, rather than having to wait to shadow my colleagues. This product is instrumental for new hires, and it is crucial for our entire Account Management and New Business teams to monitor, review, and track client meetings.
Positive: As a new hire at my company, Jiminny has been incredibly helpful in learning my role and my company's product. I use Jiminny daily to watch my colleagues on demo calls, client check-ins, and renewal calls, and it has also been vital to review myself as I begin to have calls of my own. The integration to Hubspot and Gmail also makes it incredibly effective.
Negative: The only con I can think of is the Notetaker taking a few minutes to join the call. It would be better if the Notetaker joined immediately.

Summary: Overall this software offers a very competitive price and an easy to use tool for my reps. As a manager it has given me a lot of insight into my reps calls, and created an extremely powerful way for me to coach them efficiently. This has dramatically helped me onboard new sales reps.
Our team is hiring a lot of fully remote reps, and this tool makes their training and coaching very easy. I actually have more insight into my remote reps performance now than I did with my inside team before.
It's competitors like Gong and Chorus are also great, but Jiminny is right up there with them at less than 1/2 the cost.Positive: Jiminny is a great tool to train and coach my sales team. Setup was easy and my reps were able to learn how to use it in no time. I especially enjoyed the customer service they provided. The sales rep and support team were very responsive and willing to go above and beyond to answer questions. They even listened to a few feature requests I had and improved the platform after I asked.
One of the biggest pros is their pricing and low commitment requirments. They let you try it for free and even offer a monthly option so you don't have to jump right into an annual subscription. The tool works very well for a competitve price.Negative: While I have been using Jiminy, they do not yet have a deals intelligence feature like some of their competitors which include Gong or Chorus. Fortunately, they are rolling that out soon so this issue will be resolved once those changes go live in a month or two.

Another concern I had was a lack of private teams. I also spoke with them directly and they showed me that this functionality was also on their roadmap to be resolved very soon.
This tool may not be right for very very large companies, but for the SMB and mid-market companies it offers almost all of the features you would need. If you need enterprise-level permission settings, this may not be the right software at this time until they roll out those features above. -

Summary: We apply it to manage the analysis of each call in the sales and marketing departments mainly. You evaluate calls and all kinds of details when interacting. It is excellent and strengthens any point in the decisions; basically, the interaction is an object of study to activate then an improvement mechanism for better communication in the future, it is a great strategy.
Positive: It has been software with a great sense of intuition to create the analysis strategy based on customer calls. It helps me to communicate very often with customers and all staff. It integrates very well with trusted or more widely used CRMs; I like it.
Negative: Jiminny could improve the transcripts; the template is not up to date. They need to coordinate general updates.

Summary: As a sales ops analyst I've found Jiminny really helping in learning about areas where I could help improve processes, and as a new employee, it's helped me learn a ton about the product!
Positive: There are so many great features in Jiminny! It's a really powerful tool for a lot of different stakeholders - I love everything from the dashboard to the insights like themes and stats!
Negative: There's nothing I don't like per say but I think it would be really cool to have a forecasting feature based on the analysis of the calls.
