    Summary: Jumbula is terrific-- a comprehensive, easy to use registration system with an attractive user interface and logical back-end that is affordable for our small business. Their customer support is absolutely top-notch. Along with a great product, they are quick to respond to issues when they come up, and very responsive to feature requests. We've worked with other, big-name registration systems that do far less (and far less willingly) for much more money.

    Good enrollment management software and great customer service

    Summary: A reliable, customizable and flexible system by a good small nimble company, who are nice to work with.

    Positive: Very flexible system for somewhat complex educational endeavors, lots of customization options and very clean interface. Performance is good too. Reporting is great, we can tally registrations from all angles.
    Customer service is simply great, they respond to all my crazy requests within a couple of hours and either tell me how I can get it down or if it needs a new feature, they add it to their list.

    Negative: Coupons and discounts could be better, they are too general at the moment and cannot be tied to certain kinds of tuition only. But, I believe they are working on this already.

    Summary: Overall, this platform has been a huge asset to our business; we are delighted to work with Jumbula and their team. This is an excellent product.

    Positive: Jumbula offers the back-end user easy navigation to build class environments and a smooth client-facing user experience. We love the flexibility to choose different layouts when offering multiple classes. The dashboards are powerful and offer great insights and the reporting is easy and straightforward. The financial reporting features in the payment portal offer excellent reports as well.

    Jumbula's customer service team and onboarding process made switching platforms a breeze. This platform is well priced for all the features you get.

    Negative: The only con has been the separate portal for financial reporting. The reports are wonderful, but it would be fantastic if everything lived in one place.

    Summary: Set up help was terrific, video tutorials are useful, and ongoing support is still needed as questions arise. I've been satisfied and my finance department really likes the reporting on the back end. Parents seem to be finding it easy to navigate. No complaints from parents, which is good. There are lots of features, so I'm sure that I will find more useful things as we go deeper. We are only a few months in...so far, so good!

    Positive: I like the calendar view for selection of days. I like the different solutions for before/after care, classes, camps, sports. It's great that the system saves the info so parents don't have to re-enter it every time. It allows for follow-up forms and waivers. My staff is loving the check-in/check-out feature on the app and the fact that you can email or call right from the app. Cloning programs and seasons has proven to be helpful. It's nice to see that they have a roadmap for future upgrades/changes, so I can request features and see what is being implemented.

    Negative: For the most part, support is pretty good but sometimes I think the responder's first language isn't English, or they don't read the request carefully. I've had to go back and forth sometimes and the response time can be slow so it can take days to get the help needed. Other times support is right on the money, so it's just a bit inconsistent.

    Summary: Jumbula is a great option. I've seen them make improvements over the years we've been using the service.

    Positive: Support videos are helpful since this is a product that we only use once per year for camp registration so there is always a learning curve. Jumbula staff has also been very friendly and responsive in a fairly timely manner when we've needed them to assist. We've been using Jumbula for four camps seasons now. It is the first online system our organization has ever used; prior to this we did it manually so this is definitely an improvement when it comes to handling cut-offs when we're at capacity and automating the waitlist. Families appreciate being able to select multiple programs for multiple kids at the same time. We have a small budget and small staff and we find this to be an affordable, quality option for camp registration.

    Negative: I could recommend some little tweaks that would make things even cleaner for users. Specific suggestions: 1. I wish we were able to display programs in order by date instead of alphabetically. 2. It would be great in the program grid for multiclass registration to have the option to display the times without displaying the individual days of the week. 3. All of our "camps" have to be entered as "classes" since they are day camp sessions that parents can choose from week to week (as opposed to registering their child for a sleep-away camp). As such, the system prompts them to checkmark M, T, W, T, F individually for each of the "classes"/camps they have selected instead of just choosing that entire weeklong program. It is not as intuitive and clean and leaves some people confused about what we are offering (i.e. "can I send them on just Monday and Wednesday on a given week and pay for just those days?")

    Great software for the price (with some pitfalls.)

    Summary: Great software for the price, it will take some time to learn how to set it up the way your organization needs it. Jumbula seems to continue to improve their software based on their clients' needs. hopefully some of the hold-ups will get figured out.

    Positive: The software is overall pretty intuitive. The buttons are clear and no coding needed. User friendly for customers. LOVE being able to have programs that can only be accessed via password.

    Negative: Cannot group offerings with different GL codes.
    Cannot add a photo for individual merchandise sales.
    Cannot access all information at once. Different routes for different information.
    Only offers credit card payment method to customers. Registrants cannot pay from their accounts.
    Fees being charged to the customer are a hassle. It is difficult to come up with the correct additional percentage to charge if you don't want your organization paying for those fees.
