    Korono POS is AWESOME!

    Summary: We are a small mom and pop shop but thousands of different products varying from craft beer to cigars to homebrew and winemaking supplies. For over 20 years we used old cash registers and my wife and I purchased the store in 2022 and implemented the first every POS used at the store, which is Korona. This was scary to make the change but it is super user friendly and the customer support is phenomenal. I highly recommend Korona POS!

    -very easy to make changes on back office and upload to staff using and customer facing

    Negative: -UPCs can only be #s or letters which means we cannot scan in a few products that already have barcodes

    Our Small Business and Korona POS

    Summary: Overall Korona POS has been a great match for our business. Although there are a few things that we wish were different the system and the support are excellent.

    Positive: Our store has been using Korona POS and it has made running our business easier. The system allows for us to enter and remove things from inventory easily and frequently. When we have hiccups we are able to reach their customer service who is responsive and quick with answers. The installation was not too difficult to complete. Our employees use the system every day and have very little trouble using it.

    Negative: The back end of the system is not as accessible for general users. You need a higher lever of technology skill set to work the back end of the system, which we run into issues with when people are not used to or have not been directly taught how to run the system. Another thing that would be nice is creating a program where you can update your equipment i.e. the computer/physical POS. It would be nice if there was a way to return old equipment to update to new equipment without having to pay outright for the new stuff.

    Fantastic Customer Support

    Summary: Just like any software, there is always a learning curve. Whenever I have not been able to figure out how to do something on my own, Korona support has always provided quick and effective responses. They have never made me feel like they were frustrated or put out with me.

    Positive: Fantastic Customer Support. We were having issues with the way our initial internet configuration. It was not a static IP Address and our credit card machine, which is integrated with Korona, would keep dropping out. It took two days to get switched with our internet provider to a static ip address. Korona was very patient and willing to help me do whatever it took to get the cc machines back up until we were able to get a static IP address and fix the issue.

    Negative: Not sure yet. There are some features I have not used yet.

    Summary: Korona provides our bakery with an excellent POS system, easy to set up and simple to use. The fact that you can view any report you can think of makes sales management and event planning very comfortable.

    Positive: Easy and fast to set up thanks to excellent videos that show step by step how to set everything up. In case of any questions their customer service is wonderful! Korona is very simple to understand and user friendly in handling.

    Negative: Korona doesn't integrate with Moneris (yet) and the way quantities and discounts are displayed at the till could be a little more clear.

    Summary: Customer service and customer support are awesome! I know I am not using everything yet but I haven't had a chance to do use it all yet.

    Summary: Very happy with my decision to use this software and track the performance if my remote stores. well worth the money. I chose it because it did not require a payment processor. Highly recommend it.

    Positive: I love that its cloud based, I love that it is so customizable and that support is available 24/7 to help with any issues. They are very knowledgable.

    Negative: Not much. I would love to get a few more reports to help compare stock at branches and also compare current stock with stock sold in past period. I have been able to create these reports myself by exporting data to excel it just takes a few extra steps.

    Summary: Overall, pleased! Support is fantastic. We have used a couple different POS systems and this one by far has been the easiest- and easiest to train staff on. A highly customizable interface makes life easy for the cashiers!

    Summary: Great overall experience. Don't think you can find a better value for the money out there. Inventory management aspect is great and like I said Customer Service is outstanding. If I am out of town my employees have been able to call the support line and the KORONA staff has been able to help night or day.

    Positive: Great Value for the money and Customer Service is the best I have come across. Credit Card machine integrates with software so it removes potential for human error by typing in total on the machine and having to reconcile credit card reports.

    Negative: Using in a liquor store setting. There is no function for scanning IDs or no "Legal Date' that displays on the home screen to help remind employees of the date to check for.
