    Summary: Great virtual phone would highly recommend for anyone running a business that is remote or even in an office setting.

    Positive: Kixie helps facilitate working from home, it is easy to use and rarely has any issues. I use Kixie every day to stay in contact with our clients it is like having a virtual cellphone where you can call and text customers and if you missed something on the call you can listen to the recordings.

    Negative: The only downside I have found is when you make a call a call disposition window appears and sometimes it glitches and permanently stays on your web browser taking up space.

    Summary: Highly recommend it to any inbound, or outbound call company. Even using Kixie as a directory service saves so much time. We have one main number, and people can select from a menu who they want to speak with.

    Summary: Great product just needs some pricing adjustments to be more in line with small businesses for users of 5-9 people.

    Positive: I am the Director of Marketing for a medium-sized solar company. In many cases, I contact new leads and get them to our expert consultants. The ability to set up multiple VM drops and prewritten SMS templates that I can modify really helps me move through the list and do the first touch quickly when people are too busy to answer. It hooked up directly with our HubSpot CRM and allows me to get analytics on our call flow as well get text replies to my number and vm's. Great tool.

    Negative: Not too many but pricing could be a little less. For a smaller business, this may be too expensive for multiple users.

    Summary: Generally a good product, but still has some kinks to work out. There aren't a ton of great products in this space (we've used several), so Kixie is probably one of the best.

    Positive: Kixie is pretty easy to use and set up. It has a good integration with HubSpot (our CRM) and it has pretty good reporting.

    Negative: We still have problems with our caller ID/numbers showing up as different businesses (like dentists or spam). The pricing is fairly complicated and we experience downtime off and on.

    Poor phone app, but good HubSpot integration

    Summary: Kixie's app has a lot of bugs and we took a while to implement properly with our account manager. Despite some issues, we still found it helpful to get the automated SMS set up.

    Positive: We like that they are integrated with HubSpot directly, so we are able to set up automatic SMS texts to new leads.

    Negative: - Phone app has a lot of issues (phone drops)
    - Has a slight learning curve in the beginning
