    Summary: I used this website for my PZ server, at first 4 days, not gonna get into challenges of running a server with them..
    I have decided to extend the server for 30 more days, and I am trying to charge my account now, error codes are coming up even though I am pretty sure I am doing everything correctly, I am trying to contact support via ticket, but ticket also runs error code, I am simply unable to get in touch with anyone from support, joined their disord, same thing there, I am unable to create ticket there either, guys seriously, I am a paying customer who is fine with your product and I just need simple assistance with payment.

    Crazy that you can't get in touch with them while YOU are paying them, I don't want to imagine what its going to be like when I will have a legitimate problem that would need some solving.

    Summary: Awful. Use G Portal or any other provider. They will scam you out of money and auto renew your subscription even when you turn it off.

    Positive: Literally nothing. This is the worst hosting service in existence right now. They have zero support or customer service.

    Awful customer service.
    They will automatically renew your service even when you tell them not to. Then if you ask for a refund the day they renewed it even though you told them not to they will say no.

    No customer service bad servers and crooks

    Summary: I will never use Nitrado ever again. I knew it was a bad idea to do it in the first place but they are the only ones that have ark survival ascendant because they monopolized it. Done with this company and done with ark. If you want a server that sometimes works and is really chubby and has to be reset twice a day with no customer service and not even some sympathy with a customer who has not been able to play for a full month this is the company and server for you!

    Positive: I did like that they had Arc survival ascendant servers even though they are monopolizing them I guess that's the only pro.

    Negative: The ark survival ascendant server that I bought from them did not work it was working at one time and then stopped and would not start up I tried everything Google was more helpful than their customer service was for one full month I put in four support tickets all I ever got back was just restart your server which was absolutely no help so when I got a refund through PayPal Nitrado charged my Nintendo account -$ so in my account it shows I owe them money.

    AVOID - Poor interfaces and bad/deceptive business practices

    Summary: They deliberately obfuscate how to adjust and save turning auto-renewal off. They will argue on policy and terms with you during cancellation to scrape an extra month of charges out of you and block a refund. Read everything carefully if you do choose to use them. Any charges as credit you will never get back. They will charge you for credit purchases over the total cost of the service, then leave the excess credit in the account which you cannot use or be refunded and they will just claim after 3 years of not using it. Better services offered from other companies with less deceptive or sleazy business practices.

    I will never use them again. Go read up on their employee reviews if you are curious why they behave this way.

    Positive: Server stability and patching process has improved. I have tried them three times in the last 4 years (Astroneer Server, Valheim Server, and Enshrouded Server).

    Negative: Their web systems and UI are clunky and still needs a lot of work.
    Their credit and auto-renewal practices are near nefarious.

    Horrible Customer Service and Servers

    Summary: My experience with Nitrado has been absolutely terrible and I would not ever recommend ANYONE to ever use this company.

    Positive: There was nothing I liked about the entire experience. Nothing worked properly from the onset, and the ending was far worse than any I've ever had with a host company.

    Negative: Where do I start?
    I was paying for a monthly subscription for Ark Survival Ascended. The server was regularly difficult to manage, and had some of the worst UI interface mechanics I have EVER experienced. The server experience was enough to make my friends dislike the entire Ark game, and only 2 people even tried to stick with the server.
    On top of that, I attempted to cancel the automatic extension of my server, and several hours after I had cancelled, I got charged for the server anyway. They are refusing to give me a refund, stating that their Terms of Service do not allow for refunds of automatics extensions. Even if the Automatic Extension was cancelled, they will not refund a false charge. I have spent the last 5 days arguing with their customer service who refuses to give me a refund, so now I'm now going through my credit card company to dispute the charge because they are so horrible with their customer service.

    Summary: For me, this is pure stealing practice taking 50% as a cancellation fee and after that not refunding even remaining credit back to your bank provider.

    I was happy with Nitrado for a long time but this shady practice well ..

    Hundreds of € taken away from me😡 113,70€ remaining credit after 50% charge, probably too.

    Nitrado, keep my money. 💰 I don’t care anymore.

    Positive: Nitrado as a game provider is good and solid partner. Their servers are rock solid and support regarding game servers and technical issues is Ok.

    Negative: Problem is when you want to cancel all your servers you paid in advance and no longer want to use. Nitrado will not refund you. They will charge you 50% of all your remaining credit and keep all your remaining money on your nitrado account.

    Ordering a servers for months till year in advance is not a wise here. If you will not longer need your game servers, They will charge you 50% of all your remaining money you invested into them.

    You will receive credit but that credit they won’t refund to your bank account. You may only order another game server (what a joke charging (stealing) 50% from your account money you may use to order another game server from them only)

    If you want a game server from Nitrado, never pay more than for 1 month in advance. Never pay them like I did, for 3 months or years in advance.

    Summary: Do yourself a favor, and don't ever use this company. It will save you a lot of frustration. There are better game hosting companies out there that want to keep customers. Virtual servers don't have to be bad.

    Bad Servers/No Service

    Summary: Awful, insulting and irritating service for an inferior product Support team will close tickets without engaging them, marked as solved. They will also suggest upgrading ram has no effect on your server. Their employees are incompetent and childish and will insult your intelligence, lead you on, and lie to get every nickel they can.

    Positive: I enjoyed how calmly Nitrado representatives would lie to me as they would say they are shutting down/moving/troubleshooting my server as it sits running at 300+ ping in the same location for 90 days.

    Negative: Servers would often be unresponsive on initial instillation, over 3+ years time. High latencies, corruption rampant. Customer service will tell you they are reinstalling/moving/troubleshooting a server and nothing is being done. Customer service will argue with you, be rude, and lie. Have wasted good money sitting on servers waiting for assistance on 300+ ping servers. Downtimes and errors are a common occurrence, and compensation is never given.

    My Nitrado experience

    Summary: Not gonna do business with Nitrado again. Literally the worst game hosting I have ever seen that not just ignores support ticket but deletes them without any action

    Positive: None. their pricing is ok but I can find cheaper and more stable servers elsewhere.

    Negative: Just bought their Rust server and we, players of 4 were having a really bad time being disconnected randomly and the server crashed like every 30 minutes.

    Their support center didn't bother to reply until now.
    Joined their Discord server and they deleted my support ticket just like that. I wrote in the Discord ticket that I'm getting disconnected every 30 minutes and gave them my server ID and URL in a really good manner but they didn't even explain what I can do or take any action. They deleted the ticket straightaway. Real professional.

    STAY AWAY FROM NITRADO AT ALL COSTS.
