Pricing
A $39.95 Non-Par processing fee is calculated and charged per unique Tax ID + Rendering NPI combination whose claim volume is 50% or more to Non-Par Payers in a month (per the Office Ally Payer List). See the Service Center Data Sheet for details.

Summary: Has been a life and financial saver with my billing. Have been with Office ally for at least 10 years if not much longer. Your set up is great and when I occasionally need a person to help, there is someone to call or call me back.

much easier than any other billing system and keeps more information that helps with any new questions from patient, their primaries, their attorneys.
When cannot figure one area out there is a computer contact which helps with almost any concern or stopping point that I hit.Negative: Occasionally i cannot find a patient record when I have misspelled name.

Summary: Office Ally is the best. It's easy to use and the customer service is superior to its competitors.
Positive: I started using Office Ally in our business about a dozen years ago. We have a billing service. Office Ally offers a superior product because the practice management system (PMS) is integrated with the clearinghouse. I've used many types of PMSs over my 40 years in the field and with other systems that don't have their own clearinghouse, there are issues with the integration of the clearinghouse . Some PMSs, don't even bill secondary claims. Office Ally support is also superior. They answer the phone in a short period of time and can remote in if there are issues.
Negative: I would add some reports to the system and expand on the EHR.

Summary: Overall I am very happy with Office Ally. I would recommend it very highly. I especially like the ease when sending in voices to insurance companies.
Positive: 24/7 encompasses medical charging and billing for a reasonable fee per month. The support available to the user is easy to reach and always competent. in addition the support people never make you feel as if you are incompetent. As with any program there is a learning curve, but this one is not too long. They also have videos to teach you the program.
Negative: I came from another program so it took me longer to learn it than it would have if it was my first program.

Summary: It's amazing how a simple and easy-to-use system can hold a lot of data and not crash out. I think that overall the view of this system working tactically is fascinating. I believe that if they continue implementing new mechanisms in the program, it will improve reasonably the quality of how to handle the data system.

Summary: I like it very much I like that it can remind pts twice before there appointments. It's a great system to have and is not expensive. I use it every day and i like how the system is set up easy and convenient.

Summary: Office Ally holds up to all the Big name software systems, and completely affordable. Support is always there to answer or help with any questions we have or solutions to what report I might be looking for. Set up and training is an ease
Positive: We have been a user since 2011 and love the fact that they seem to progress with new products and come up with new additions to the already great system. We are a specialty practice and found that all the other software systems were just way to expensive, so Office Ally was always our go to system.
Negative: We haven't experienced it much lately but from time to time the servers would go down so the doctors would be midway through their note and the system would go down. Waaaaay frustrating for the Providers
