Summary: Provide a way for people to pay by credit card with more debt and high service fees charge.not user friendly as tenant. it was not simply. agent also not use the function for it. just empty , but they tried to use the system to charge high fees.
Positive: Provide a way for people to pay by credit card with more debt and high service fees charge.not user friendly as tenant. it was not simply. agent also not use the function for it. just empty , but they tried to use the system to charge high fees.
Negative: High charge for tenant, not easy to use tools. more than 2% for credit card surcharge fees. not friendly to use. i do not recommended this product to others. lots of bugs as well.

Makes paying rent more comlicated than needed Date: Jul 15 2023
Summary: Negative, it has made paying rent difficult and more complicated than ever needed, the worst CRM I have ever experienced.
Positive: Nothing, zero, nothing , have nothing positive, just money grubbing con artists putting tenants last.
Negative: Formerly, I paid my rent via transfer from my bank app to agents account, the agent received it within 24 hours, now, I have to transfer to a wallet, wait for the money to appear, it took 3 days and then , I have to transfer from said wallet to agent, so, instead of rent payments taking 24 hours, they now take 4 days.
