    Summary: My overall feedback is very positive for this product. Vendors also find it easy to input quotes. All emails back and forth are saved in the notes tab for any questions or backup if needed.

    Summary: The pros far out weigh the cons for me. I've been using P3 since 2008 and it has never let me down. I have frequently recommended it to others. Without P3 I simply couldn't run my business.

    Positive: This software has been built for my industry.
    It's affordable.
    It saves me loads of time.
    It's reliable.
    Their support is first class and has never let me down.

    Negative: It's not in the cloud so I can't use it on my Chromebook or my phone.
    It relies on Java which I can't install on my Chromebook so I can't use it natively on that device either.
    It doesn't integrate with any third party apps.

    It does integrate with QuickBooks Online. While we do not have a mobile device APP, data is all stored in the cloud and users can access the system from full Windos or Mac OS computers.

    Summary: I'd be lost without P3. Management at our biz is regularly looking for a software tool that could be more 'integrated' with our other tools and I try my best to steer them away from that cliff. My job would be massively more difficult and time consuming if I didn't have P3.

    Positive: P3 is in my opinion the best tool on the market for print brokers. We've tried other tools on the market but none of them work as seamlessly as P3 does. The development team is regularly pushing updates that actually make the product better (looking at you, big tech) and support is quick to respond.

    Negative: I can't really name anything that is an issue for me with P3. It can do as much or as little as you need it to do.

    Summary: Simple but superior! When I first used P3 I was a daily user and knew little about systems. It was so easy to learn and navigate it improved my turn time on projects. On the rare occasion when I need a custom report their customer service is available and excellent. I have been in this industry for over 20 years, used many different cumbersome systems and was pleasantly surprised in 2008 when we got P3. I knew that as long as I'm the decision maker for buying, my team will use P3. Overall, it really is the best!

    Positive: Efficient and easy RFQ process both for the buyer and the supplier; option to use multiple specs and copy jobs saving valuable time; option to use for non-print item. Great reporting, cost analysis and supplier management, all resulting in a very robust system.

    Negative: Very minor con: Under our customer list summary page there is an active check mark, you can't deactivate it to remove outdated customers. You must go into the detailed record of each customer to deactivate and save. It would save time during maintenance of system records if we could bulk deactivate.

    Summary: I have been using P3 to run my print procurement business since I started it in 2017. After trialling multiple software options that didn't seem to have all that I needed or were too complicated I gave P3 a trial and loved it. Everything was easy to use and I set it up myself with minimal fuss (Bob even gave me a discount as I hardly needed any training!)

    Positive: Ease of use, functionality and able to send RFQ's to multiple suppliers. Tracking of jobs and the ability to generate custom reports.

    Negative: Nothing that is worth mentioning, any issues get fixed or have an easy workaround.

    Summary: Overall experience is good, especially once you know what works and what doesn't. It's been very helpful to keep everything in one place and it's easy to look up jobs when I need to look up and/or provide information.

    Positive: You create your specifications and send to multiple vendors at once. They respond through the system. That way you don't need to decipher each vendor's quote, which can be odd and time-consuming.
    All the information I need is there, and fairly easy to consult.
    Besides Print, I've had to adapt it's use to other realms of my work (translations & ADA remediation). Once your vendors familiarize with it, you have everything under the same system.

    Negative: There is no way to save without changes. If you type something different over previous information, you're doomed. There's no going back to how it was when you originally opened the window.
    You can't open more than one job at a time. This feature would be very helpful to compare or copy information between jobs.
    Drop-down menu windows are too narrow, and when you have more than one item with similar name and the difference at the end, you can't see it and have to do a trial and error. It's a bit frustrating.
    You can't attach more than one file at a time. You need to do it individually.
    Also, every time you open the window to attach a file, and you select where the file is, the settings on how the list is displayed goes to a default and you have to adjust it every time. It would be good if it kept the last used list in the order you selected previously.
    Not sure if it's only for Mac users, but to copy/paste to/from certain fields, you can't use the Command (⌘) key, you must use the Control key. Command only works for certain fields.
    I wish there was a way to search by Specification fields.
    The interface is really outdated. It looks like a product from the 90s.

    Summary: Our migration to P3 was surprisingly pain free and even though we're a Canadian customer we've really appreciated the responsiveness and helpfulness we've experienced in all avenues of their support. Managing sub-contracted work has never been easier and cost analysis options are thorough and easy to use.

    Positive: I'm a big fan of the ease in which P3 makes dealing with multiple quotes from multiple vendors simple and stress free. Juggling multiple vendors and alternate options on estimates becomes pretty straightforward with this software.

    Negative: Some of the features are a bit more hidden than I'd like but once you find them they are huge time-savers.
