Summary: Excellent. Best customer service I have encountered. This program adds the project management tools that HubSpot lacks. It is simple and highly effective.
Positive: PSOhub integrates well with our consulting firm in terms of time management / invoicing HubSpot / QuickBooks.
Negative: The quote feature doesn’t fit our process. Specifically, we need the ability to send contracts and the quote feature has limited length and ability to include our terms of service.

Summary: I have found PSO to have been exactly what we needed that we couldn't get from our CRM. It has become a vital piece of our infrastructure in project management.
Positive: PSOhub has given us the ability to manage our projects and keep our customers informed of progress. Being able to set dependencies so customers can see when and what actions they need to complete to keep projects on track. We particularly benefit from the hours booked and hours completed summary.
Negative: Custom reporting could be better. Currently, this is done via an OData feed.

Positive: Very simple to use time tracking software! I use it weekly to track my consulting hours for my clients.
Negative: Some times it is slow to load! Probably due to the other consultants using the software at the same time.

Summary: Been a customer for over a year and I am happy with the product. We can improve our use of it internally.
Positive: PSO Hub has given us more insight into how our professional services projects are running and we can break them down into tasks, making it easy for us and the customer.
It helps us assess how we can improve as well as giving us a indication of risk for our projects. The product regularly adds updates to make the workflow more efficient too.Negative: Sometimes it is a bit slow, but thats software from time to time.
