PV F-CHART Description
PV F-CHART is a comprehensive program for photovoltaic system analysis. The program gives hourly average performance estimates for every hour of the day. These calculations are based on methods developed by the University of Wisconsin. They use solar radiation to account for statistical variation in radiation and load. Weather data is available for more than 300 locations. Additional data can be added to include hourly load profiles, statistical load variation, time of day rates for buy/sell, and life-cycle economics with cashflow and parameter variation.
