    Summary: I have always had an exceedingly superlative experience with all aspects of this app, the PackageX company, and its personnel.

    Positive: These folks are in my top two favorite companies to work with. Their Mailroom app is excellent--Excellent! When I have a question or the occasional difficulty, they have always responded almost immediately and are happy to patiently guide me if necessary.

    I could not be happier.

    Negative: Quite frankly, there is nothing that I do not like.

    Summary: I am fascinated at how the app detects even the smallest details off the labels. The speed at which it does that is impressive.

    Positive: The app also informs you of sender details and provides real-time tracking and visibility. I love the flexibility it provides us.

    Summary: Overall, this is the best package expense I've had thus far. My Univeristy has tried multiple services during my time here and nothing compares to PackageX. The photo notifications give me all the information I need to understand what’s been received. They even allow for me to request actions to be placed on my items for when I am unable to go and pick up immediately. 10/10!

    Positive: In the past my university was known for losing my packages. Since they started using packageX this issue has been completely resolved. I know exactly what item has been received and when, the notification experience is great compared to everything they have tried in the past. I love getting the photo of my item and they even provide me with details about the vendor!!

    Negative: From a user standpoint, I honestly haven’t experienced any cons. I would highly recommend to universities and companies receiving a large quantity of packages for numerous recipients!

    Summary: At some point, this software will be a top contender in this field. The help team is available and will be needed as the simplicity of the software can be confusing - so easy within its constraints.

    Positive: Ease of use. Processing, communicating, and closing each item as it is received and delivered is a breeze. The scanned tag is automatically connected to the delivery company for delivery details.

    Negative: Cannot manipulate data as needed.
    Dependent on the company to perform adjustments.
    Issues with program collecting the correct bar code - have to cover other bar codes.
    Search function needs to be opened up.
