Summary: Overall we are very happy with our experience and look forward to a continued partnership with Publitas.
Positive: The product is great, easy to use, easy to integrate with. What stands out the most though is that the team supporting it is second to none. They truly become an extension of your team and want to ensure you get everything you need to be successful.
Negative: Price is a little steep but I do think the negotiation has been fair and the features are valuable so it makes it an easier sell.

Summary: Our overall experience has been very positive. The team at Publitas checks in often and cares about our success!
Positive: We like the customization available and the ease of use in creating the online catalogs. We also like that the team checks in with us and makes sure everything is running smoothly.
Negative: Cost was more than we initially hoped when looking for an online catalog service. But because it has the ability to 100% meet our current and future needs, the cost is worth it.

Summary: Scheduling your catalogues is not the most fun thing to do, but with Publitas it's really easy and won't take more time that absolutely necessary.
Positive: Everything is made with the user in mind. It's easy to use and simple to understand what each function or button does. Even hotkeys from your keyboard are implemented which help with the speed of use.
Recently they added the option to switch single pages, so you don't have to upload a whole PDF anymore, but you can simply select the pages that you want to change and quickly implement changes.Negative: I would like to see a feature where you can select several catalogues and change the timings for all of them at once. Every two weeks, we have around 6 catalogues and five of them have the same timing. Right now i have to repeat each step for every catalogue, so that could be faster if i could group them.
