    Summary: Very pleasant experience working with the Sendbird team. Would recommend Sendbird to other engineers who wants to build chat.

    Positive: Sendbird customer service team has been very responsive in helping any issues that come out. Although they are a third party partner, it feels like they are in our own team. Sendbird integration has been very straight forward as well.

    Negative: Sometimes when there are issues, we have to reach out to them, instead of them reaching out to us.
