    Summary: A so-so solution for a business where the admin is a good problem solver on their own. Do not expect much help with ongoing issues. They regularly disrupt business with mid-week server changes, outages and "upgrades."

    Positive: Good pricing. Basic online serve-yourself email administration. Live person answers on tech support lines when you call in.

    Negative: Tech Support is VERY hit or miss on their ability to (1) speak english and understand your issue (2) be able to resolve the issue. (9/10 times they will open a support ticket -and that's it.) Their documentation is VERY POOR and outdated. hey regularly disrupt business with mid-week server changes, outages and "upgrades." Really makes it difficult to cancel their services.
