    Summary: We're loving the overall experience of Typo. Real-time visibility into critical engineering metrics that helps us to keep a track of inefficiencies & drive continuous dev improvement.

    Positive: Our tech tool stack integrated seamlessly, and within 10 minutes, we had our first tech insights. The real-time visibility of all software development lifecycle (SDLC) metrics, including DORA, efficiency, pull request analysis, utilization reports, and more, is truly impressive. What we appreciate most is the ability to view these metrics across different team levels, which helps us prioritize areas that can have an immediate high impact. Plus, the UI is intuitive and easy to use.

    Negative: It has been more than 3 months since we started using it, and the only thing we crave for is more customization options. However, we appreciate the support of the typo team in fulfilling most of our requests. :)
