You can book a desk, car park, pods, meeting room, or pod and see all the amenities available. Drag-and-drop your spaces to your floor plans. All your spaces can be converted into smart desks using our QR codes. This allows for walk-up bookings and visibility of the status of each desk's sanitisation and time-slots. Upload your floor plans as a JPG or PNG to see a live representation of your desks on any floor. Drag-and-drop desks make it easy to create stunning visuals of your facilities. Even if you don’t have an architectual floor plan, you can still get started by hand-drawing or taking a photograph. Views of the entire organisation, including details into each building and floor. You can quickly identify chronic or current issues in your space by looking at illustrative stats in custom dashboards.
