Summary: Overall it was great! Only one or two people had some issues, but they were quickly resolved with customer service. We will likely be using it again next year.

Summary: Great and loved the reports! It was easy to learn the program and a lot easier to bid. I think it made the process more fun and helped drive up the dollar amounts.
Positive: We used WinningBidder.com for our online auction for a Sigma Chi fundraising event. In the past we have used the paper process but this made it so much easier and even allowed those not in attendance to participate! Great platform and easy to use!
Negative: Not really anything. It was chunky to add all of the items we had but that was more of a learning curve.

Summary: We should have started earlier in order to have a greater variety of offerings. A few items were not confirmed by the time of the event.
Positive: The offerings increased the donations at event by nearly 25%. Some offerings were pricy but bidders were not discouraged.
Negative: None at this time. We have not received any negative feedback from bidders. The test will be if the winning bidders report satisfaction with the items they won.
