Summary: I had a hard time with number forwarding, but Zadarma's customer support worker, Alex, gave me a hand. Everything works fine, with affordable prices, plus free integration with HubSpot.
Positive: Call forwarding, call transfer, call tracking and the rest of the features of PBX and CRM. I use it on a daily basis for inbound and outbound calls.
Negative: Didn't understand how to set up forwarding with the instructions.

Summary: The service is very useful for my needs, as I travel a lot. It's easy to use, great rates and customer support.
Positive: A very useful service when travelling abroad, allowing you to communicate without breaking the bank. The PBX is very helpful, as it keeps the work running even when I'm not at the office. I mostly use it to make and receive calls, and some features of the PBX, such as voice greeting, voicemail and call recording.
Negative: I have no complaints so far, everything is working flawlessly.

Summary: I have been working with them for over year and I'm enjoying it. They keep adding features to the CRM and the PBX, at the moment only more numbers from countries in Asia and Africa would be great.
Positive: The interface and features in the PBX, their own CRM and the integrations with others make it a useful product to combine. They offer telephony services and recently added data for travelers. We're looking forward to the new implementations they plan in the future. It is worth the price. Thank you Zadarma.

Summary: It helps me a lot to save money and call economically to France, Belgium, and Poland and some European countries and also it organizes my incoming calls with a free secretarial service according to the language of my clients and from where they are calling from.

Summary: You can always write to the chat, once I even wrote at night and they answered me quickly and helped with configuring hardware from Cisco.
Positive: I didn't use many features, just numbers for incoming calls, 3 years without failures is the main thing for me.
Negative: There was no negative experience, everything is ok.

Summary: I have used the service for about 2 years and so far there was no issue which could not be checked or fixed within 5-10 minutes.
The support team is very responsive whether in online chat or ticket - they speak your language, send you the necessary links. I would definitely recommend Zadarma to other business owners.Positive: Low prices for the numbers and calls.

Summary: I thought that it can be hard to me to set up PBX but they had very clear instruction and 24/7 support team. I even use CRM Teamsale. Totally recommend.
Positive: In my work I like speech analytics. I have a beauty salon in Czech Republic and want to know the source of my clients and how my administrators talks with them.
Negative: The main cons for me is that I didn't find this platform earlier.

Summary: This phone company stands far above competitors as the premier PBX provider thanks to an unrivaled suite of capabilities - massive number availability, inexpensive 800 service, seamless CRM integrations with Salesforce, and 100% accurate speech recognition. The only tiny gap is a lack of support for some languages like Italian, but with market-leading features across the board like those mentioned, this company still comes out way ahead as the clear first choice for business phone needs.
Positive: We've tried all the competitors, this is really the best PBX among them. Huge variety of numbers, cheap incoming 800, integration with all CRMs, in particular we were interested in Salesforce. Plus speech recognition is included, works 100% accurately.
Negative: Didn't find, but not all the languages presented yet. We would appreciate Italian.
