    Summary: Zoho Assist has been an essential platform to strengthen the remote connection with our clients and with our employees, this platform has really impressed me due to its great speed when it comes to connecting remotely with any computer, in addition, it has several ways to connect, You can use the usual connection that asks for the ID and password of the computer, but you can also connect remotely to the computer of any client and employees against the ground using a shared link, that person will have to send you that link and just by pressing it you will be able to remotely connect to that computer. Also, I really loved the fact that this platform gives you full access to all remote control functions, so you can format, reboot, shut down or suspend the computer you are connected to. Important since sometimes I I have connected to my office computer and I have been able to pay it remotely thanks to this platform. Also, I really loved the fact that it doesn't matter if the computer I remotely connect to is recently paid off, I can still turn it on remotely and still use it, the remote connection is not canceled if the computer has been turned off. Zoho Assist is a platform with great potential, I am fully confident that it will continue to provide me with this experience for years to come, I really love the way this platform has adapted to all my needs and provided me with a remote connection status with all my customers and employees.

    Positive: Zoho Assist has been an important platform when it comes to connecting remotely with our work team and also with other clients, the first feature that I liked about this platform is the great video quality offered in each remote transmission, This video quality has I have been able to correctly visualize each of the sections of the computer to which I am connecting, in addition, the audio transmission has also been very useful within this platform, since when I connect remotely to offer some type of support to my employees or to my clients, I can communicate with them immediately thanks to this very stable and perfect audio transmission. The second feature that I liked about this remote connection is that it allowed me to make all kinds of annotations, these annotations can be made on the entire screen of the computer monitor to which I am connected, the annotations are visible by all the participants of the remote connection , and they are visible in real time, so I can make annotations so that the other person can see them in real time. I also like that that platform allows me to use all the monitors connected to one computer, it has excellent multi-monitor support, so if I recently connected to a computer that has four monitors connected or two monitors, I can easily control each one of them to have a wide accessibility to the whole computer, this function is very important for each remote connection.

    Negative: The main disadvantage that this platform has is with respect to what happens when the Internet connection is disabled during the remote connection, when this happens, the remote connection is automatically cancelled, and to return to the remote connection you will have to make this remote connection again , since this connection does not resume when the internet connection is connected again, this is a negative factor since if I am connected to a computer of my client, I would like to continue connected even if the internet connection has failed, like this the connection would remain and it would not waste my time making it again.     Summary: Zoho Assist is the practically best solution for the remote helpdesk. Earlier we were using TeamViewer and other tools but after implementing this solution we never felt again to migrate. Its screen streaming works flawless.
