    Easy invoicing and reporting.

    Summary: I like that I can use Zoho Invoice as a cloud solution so I can see invoices from anywhere. This helps me manage customers from any device at any time.

    Positive: Linking CRM and Zoho Invoice have been really nice. I am able to invoice from anywhere, pull reports from anywhere, etc. I can search across clients, customers, employees.

    Negative: Currently, everything is working very well and I have no complaints about Zoho Invoice.

    Summary: I've been very happy with my Zoho Invoices experience. Being able to import invoices has been a huge time saver! One process to import 40 invoices vs doing them one by one. Customer service has been very responsive when I've had some issues. Any negative I've experienced is a personal preference/customization issue, not a functionality issue. I highly recommend Zoho Invoice.

    Positive: I really like Zoho invoice. I've tried a half dozen solutions before starting with Zoho for one key feature: Zoho invoice is one of the only invoicing option (that I've found) that allows you to import a list of invoices as a CSV file. This means that I can export my invoice data from my spread sheet, upload and send invoices in one process. The current version integrates with their Zoho's CRM for your customers and there are some other CRM integrations available. You can create custom sort lists for invoices and they have a wide arrange of reports you can create for set periods. The integration of Square (which we actively use) and Stripe is helpful. There are other integrations like Forte for ACH payments (which we've used). Customer service has been very good. When we've had an issue we've been able to reach someone right away for assistance. The monthly cost is very affordable (around $9 + tax /month currently).

    Negative: The import invoices function requires fields to be in the correct format (Text for text, number for number and currency for currency) or the item is rejected. This can take a little trouble shooting initially.

    The HTML templates for emails are not appealing to me and they are difficult to change/customize. While you can edit the templates, you cannot create new templates.
    The settings/preferences are not intuitive (for me) They are in a whole different section/area which requires a bit of navigation and when you are done with the settings you are have to navigate back to where you were.

    Summary: Overall it's a great and easy tool to use. Especially if you need something to set up and don't care much about branding.

    Positive: Is a great option for invoicing for a business. It's very cost effective and isn't hard to set up and use.

    Negative: For me I prefer to have my brand more prominent on our software which this wasn't very doable.
