    Incredible platform and service

    Date: Feb 03 2023

Summary: By far the best DSP i have ever worked used. It has tons of options and we can accomplish everything we need to from one place. I highly recommend them.

Positive: The platform is super simple to use and we have had great success with our campaigns. Customer support is top notch. Highly recommend.

Negative: Not much to say here. It's a solid solution that is done very well.

Supremely nice to work with - great customer service.

    Edited: May 20 2022

Summary: Overall it has been a great experience. The learning curve is not very big to get campaigns running, assuming you've had some previous experience. Any questions that do come up are addressed super quickly by their support team via chat. We're huge fans of AdLib.

Positive: The support is fantastic, they are very responsive and almost always have the answer right away. Overall the platform is easy to use with lots of options to run campaigns. There is access to all the brand safety and viewability restrictions you could want as well as a ton of 3rd party audiences to experiment with. It is easy to restrict sites as well. Reporting is good, we've had no issues with clients requesting more data above what is already provided nor have we had issues with clients own tracking showing drastically different numbers than our reporting.

Negative: The only con I would highlight is that we have found it challenging to manage many multiple active campaigns. I believe they are working on it, but especially for campaigns that need to deliver specific impressions in a specific window it can be difficult to monitor if they are pacing correctly without going through each individual campaign and running some basic math. Not a huge deal, especially with all the positives.

Summary: Again, customer support/care is top-notch. Anytime something happens that may be due to a glitch, it is always met with a timely response & the situation is always corrected.

Positive: Easy platform to use and understand.
Customer support is great. Responses are always clear, helpful, and timely.

Negative: Occasionally glitches happen where things do not start on time, but this is very rare.

Exceptional Platform For All Of Your Programmatic Needs

    Date: May 04 2022

Summary: Perfect for any skill level whether you're a pro in the space or just looking to get started, 10/10 recommend it to anyone looking to place programmatic advertising!

Positive: Mike and his team are fantastic to work with! They are always readily available should an issue arise or simply to answer any questions you may have. As an agency that works with several social & digital platforms, it's a breath of fresh air being able to talk to a human on the other end vs. a bot. The platform itself is very easy to navigate & since switching over to AdLib from our previous DSP, our clients have seen a huge increase in total revenue and ROAS.

Negative: The dashboard doesn't report in real-time, it's delayed by a few hours. Otherwise, we have no complaints!

Easy To Navigate, User Friendly, Easy Communication with Rep

    Date: Jan 31 2023

Summary: I overall had both positive and negative experiences with AdLib Media Group. Our rep is quick at responding to my emails and has always been very helpful on my end, I would just change their process on last-minute changes so I don't need to reach out to the rep.

Positive: -Software is easy to navigate and user friendly
-The rep is quick at responding to my emails and always has been very helpful on any of my last-minute changes and questions I may have
-I would recommend this to anyone looking to place audio ads
-I mostly had an overall positive experience

Negative: - Ads sometimes will still be stuck in review on the day of the start date, I'll have to contact the rep to double-check and make sure they will begin.
-For any other small changes such as a change in the budget I will need to contact the rep to make sure they saw the changes and my ads will run with the correct changes.
-My team switched to Pandora and Spotify placements only because we had a couple of months where our audio ads would run on random exchanges.
