Summary: This tool is much more powerful than the two products we used before.
It should remain our ITSM for a long period of time.
The editor team is small but very customer centered and help a lot during the implementation phase.
I would recommend this tool to every size of IT department.Positive: Greatly customizable.
Easy to understand and to implement.
Full API set for external integration.
Desktop app or Web app for Agents.
A complete administration console including every aspect of settings.
On-Premise or SaaS solution.
Good technical design, easy to maintain.Negative: Standard and custom fields can't be placed were we need in the UI.

Project management is basic.
Support only during office hours in US.
