Summary: Overall, BambooHR not only has an incredible product, but also provides outstanding customer support for all of their clients.
Positive: So incredibly to use for both the user and administrator. The design and look is beautiful and catches the eye. Many features for small and medium companies to use, a great platform to use as an opportunity to step away from paperwork.
Negative: It is only built for small and medium companies, so if you are a big enterprise it wouldn't make sense for you to look into this platform.

Summary: Great experience. Bamboo HR is very responsive, very helpful and very willing to listen to suggestions and then implements them quickly, if possible.
I would highly recommend Bamboo HR because it truly frees you to do your best work!Positive: If you have never used an HRIS, Bamboo HR will make you feel wonder why you didn't take the leap years ago. If you currently use an HRIS, you will find that Bamboo HR's platform makes is approachable for all employees across the company. You will have a dashboard that puts control in the hands of your employees, freeing you to develop your team and avoid time consuming manual paperwork tasks.
Negative: Bamboo has Marketplace 3rd party applications that tie into Bamboo, but unless it is tied in with two way communication you will still struggle with multiple vendors/websites to accomplish all the work you may want to do. Bamboo is working to incorporate more vertical features so they are directly connected into Bamboo. But if you use a program outside of Marketplace, then you will need to supply the programmers to ensure the coding works. Not impossible just make sure you are aware.

Summary: If it comes to budget cuts this is not a product I would cut out. All our documents are saved within each employee and my filing cabinets are no longer bursting at the seams.
Positive: I love the ease of hiring and the access to posting positions on Indeed. The tracking of days off and vacation are so easy. Changing benefits and the ease of payroll access to Trax is great.
Negative: Wish there was more scheduling access built into BambooHR.

Summary: Overall this is the ONLY HR product that I recommend. It's so much for then an HR tool, It has team building, is performance driven, it has all the "slack" type features for goals, training. BambooHR is a limit less product and the features just keep coming!
Positive: It documents EVERYTHING, and makes information now streamlined so that you and your team are always on the same page without question.
Negative: There are some things that I would love to see on BambooHR it's not exactly a con, just looking forward to a future where there are some more features.

Summary: Great system to use, easy to use for all and great for companies of 1500 plus employees. If you have lots of staff and want a system that they can easily use without having to go to your HR team for too many questions, this system is perfect for that.
Positive: Easy to use and navigate. Simple for running reports and leaving notes or documents. Also the best thing about BambooHR is the quick response from the customer service team. If you want to share your opinion or ask a query the BambooHR team get back to you very quickly and almost always answer or resolve your issue.
Negative: If an admin or line manager edit name or place of folder it will do the same for every employee.

Summary: Using this product has been the best change to our HR Department! We stopped using paper leave slips to using this program, which our employees love, as well as the HR Department. The ease of use is wonderful as is the customer support. Get BambooHR! You absolutely won't regret it, and your company will love it.
Positive: I absolutely LOVE BambooHR. It has greatly simplified our HR, and enables the employees to see how much time they have available, holidays, co-worker's birthdays, etc.
Negative: There is honestly no cons to BambooHR. This is hands down the best HR platform out there!

Summary: I have used BambooHR for 3 years to manage our team. I have been able to organize all employee documents securely and easily with this software. As our team continues to grow, I feel confident that BambooHR will be able to support and scale with our team.
Positive: Easy to use interface that can be used on mobile or desktop.
Ability for your employees to see all their documents via the mobile app.
Pricing is very reasonable for all the BambooHR gives you.
Able to manage your entire team without having to hire an HR pprofessional.
Signing certificates for digital forms can be done via Mobil, so no need for hard copies.Negative: All your data is stored on their servers. If you leave BambooHR or they lose their servers, your data is gone unless you have hard copies of your documents.

Summary: BambooHr is a great addition to our human resources management system, an excellent SaaS tool that complements the way we operate our payroll, and improves the ways in which we allocate our employees' time more effectively, as well as being able to access task reports in real time.
Positive: BambooHr allows users to perform payroll processing automatically, in addition to easily identify employees who require special permissions, keeps a count of working hours that allows us to know the productivity of our workers.
Negative: We would like to create diffusion lists among our workers but so far it has not been possible, when we want to send a generalized information to only a sector of the company we may be forced to perform the transmission of information one by one, which requires a lot of time and work.

Summary: Our organization maintains that BambooHR is an excellent service, especially if you want to keep a complete administration of all employee processes, from recruitment operations to work quality tracking, useful for reporting. We also like its document saving capabilities.
Positive: BambooHR maintains a scheme of work where it is easy to access operations with employees, or apply self-service mechanics so that each employee can review their information and manage all their work quality processes themselves, so they can stay informed about their results.
Negative: It is difficult to use BambooHR to bring in reports that come directly in spreadsheet type formats, mostly because BambooHR does not include enough support to run .xlsx format files. This can be problematic in the long run, as spreadsheets are one of the most commonly used work formats in the office.

Summary: In terms of tracking, it offers an acceptable usability, providing us with almost everything we need to carry out optimal processes of this type. In addition, it offers performance reports between employees and better attachments to improve time tracking. However, it is sometimes difficult to log in to the desktop version.
Positive: It is more than acceptable that with BambooHR you can delegate from two to five different employees for certain data changes within your workflow. You can customize access permissions on the collaborators involved to regulate the amount of data management and data access.
Negative: The listing in the employee directory does not allow for more information to be added. Also in Standard use its management and administration process does not have enough customization tools in the relevant information of our workflow. Other than that there is nothing else to say against the platform.

Summary: Managing lists of candidates and contacting them in a short time is one of the great capabilities that BambooHR has to offer. We like the software for the facilities it offers in terms of communication with candidates, and for being able to establish different delegates in case of not being able to fulfill all the operations.
Positive: Regarding the application of ATS oriented functions, i.e. applicant tracking, BambooHR has changed our way of perceiving and orienting ourselves within each candidate's organization, so that we can manage them much better depending on the work area we want to focus on (in case we work separating areas).
Negative: BambooHR does not present many improvements in terms of administrative management of human resources if we contrast it with other services in its category, and it is due to this lack of innovation that we can not comply with monitoring and performance management processes that we can carry out within other platforms.

Positive: With BambooHR the results obtained from applying HR department's own techniques in web reports have been very favorable. BambooHR prioritizes shortcuts to those employees or job candidates who show the best potential during probationary periods, starting from the time of the interview
Negative: BambooHR does not have a good overlay to other services that also focus on working with human talent, forcing us to manually copy information from one service to another when we use the others to get analytics from these. This is done so that file formats from the other software are not altered when they arrive in BambooHR

Summary: There are few human talent management services that allow workflows created in other services, and that also do not lose structure quality. BambooHR is better for working in conjunction with other human resources representatives, and for all of them to centralize information from different branches in a single source.
Positive: When using BambooHR you get a subscription to a newsletter that announces future changes and updates to the platform, which is generally kept up to date. BambooHR supports a variety of document sheet formats, and also has its own self-service operations reporting system.
Negative: There are many limitations in the ease with which BambooHR allows for altering outside of the default level of document accessibility, which is generally managed across multiple levels. The applicant tracking tool does not provide enough automated information about applicants who are applying to the company.

Summary: We were able to automate the insurance function with human resources and do it quickly as previously it was very cumbersome to deal with these types of cases. We were also able to eliminate a lot of work thanks to the self-service elements we set up with the main BambooHR tool and it is now much easier to send and receive emails. We recommend BambooHR for use in medium to large companies, as it is not cost effective enough in small companies if you don't have a lot of processes to automate. It has helped us make things simpler in a process equivalent to replacing some reports.
Positive: We have improved the sharing option with all our employees and they can immediately update their history with the company through this tool, now everything is more fluid when reviewing documents. We were also able to create the best process already simplified to be able to incorporate new clients to our database.
Negative: It has some limitations with some final reports, we need more detailed analysis when updating, we need you to update that part of BambooHR. In the mobile application there are also some limitations, it is quite disappointing to have to deal with a lot of bottlenecks.

Summary: We were able to achieve total management of all employee information within the records managed by our company, updating the human resources table, time off, sick time, important dates, among others. We are in the full capacity to recommend BambooHR as this software has always been ideal for the administration of information in the human resources area and to keep in a relatively high order all our employees. It's great to have so much confidence in an application that will always deliver, after a few configurations BambooHR synchronizes and gives us the confidence to handle and manage all of our clients' data.
Positive: This platform has a user friendly interface, we love that we can configure in the control panel all the updates of each client and that everyone is kept aware of it thanks to a calendar that we program inside the software. We are able to efficiently keep track of each employee's history so we can see how long they are working, how long they are sick and how much time off each employee is requesting. We have also been able to update each employee's data sheet with email and personal phone number.
Negative: The integration with the mobile app is very inefficient, the functionality is extremely low and tends to hang at least about two or 3 times a day, they should implement an update to fix this kind of glitches. Even with the time we have been using BambooHR we need to make sure that all employee data is entered correctly and accurately as sometimes it does not notify us if there is any kind of error.
