It is a very robust tool that can streamline many processes within any organization, it must be taken into account that it has a certain learning curve that can become steep but it is worth it for how much it offers and how much it helps.
Positive: The use of ConnectWise Manage in my organization has been consistent of an optimal management of our data and the organized management of our systems and production processes, it is an incredible tool that has allowed us to centralize all the information of our business in the same environment. It has a very attractive interface, it integrates with third party tools without any complications and its customer service and support is first class.
Negative: It is a robust tool and at first it may cost a little to understand its operation and take proper advantage of its many benefits, it has a learning curve that is worth overcoming.

Summary: I have been able to take back control of all areas of my business because it is now all at my fingertips with ConnectWise Manage.
Positive: With using ConnectWise Manage I have been able to stay on top of contracts for billing and time coverage automatically. It has never been so easy!
Negative: I have yet to run into a con. Anytime I have had any issue, I have been able to chat with customer service and they resolve my issue immediately. The demo made my life so much easier to navigate the new software.

Summary: This product gives one software for many solutions that we usually use different platforms for that. It has a very simplified interface. No learning curve is there. Overall, it's a highly scalable tool.
