Affordable and effective Date: Aug 19 2021
Summary: Overall, it is affordably priced, easy to use, and effective. Integrations are good and the customer support is well-rounded.
Positive: The interface is relatively user friendly. The product is easy to set up, initial setup took less than 15 minutes. Integrates well with Zapier.
Negative: Nothing particularly comes to mind, we've not really had any issues with the product.

Summary: A major asset to our operation. I can't imagine not having this program/product. There are a lot of features we still haven't used that I'm sure we can explore some more ways it can help our business but I would definitely recommend.
Positive: -Live updates to the driver when changes made
-Live tracking of the driver
-Integrated call, gps and POD capturing within the window with minimal switching of screens required
-Super Simple for the driver
-Very customizable
-Fabulous Customer ServiceNegative: -Have had difficulty with embedding images not showing up but support has helped every step of the way

-Special instructions not displaying to the driver after they hit next location, they would have to go into the delivery to see [would be nice if the special instructions just popped up
-auto resending of emails when changing a driver or details, would be nice if it asked, would you like to resend. Also cant send notifications for items added to today's run -

Summary: I wish Detrack and their team continued success. This company is a valued service provider to our company and we cant say enough good things about them.
Positive: I love the ease of user interface and the customer and technical support from Detrack. This apps ability to integrate into business needs was seamless. The ability to work offline and paperless was a major selling point in our decision to use the software.
Negative: There are no cons at this moment in using the Detrack software and app. We look forward to the potential streamlining and merger of Detrack and elastic route usability.

Summary: My overall experience has been very positive, I have been able to navigate the system quite easily as this software is presented in a simple format. I feel this product has significantly helped me to keep on track of deliveries.
Positive: Detrack provides a user-friendly interface that makes it easier to track deliveries, which in turn increases our client satisfaction. Would definitely recommend this product to others.
Negative: One issue we ran across was that some sites we use to sell our products such as Etsy do not accept Detrack as proof of delivery. Hopefully, this issue will be resolved soon.

Summary: Perfect solution for our company's needs and app interface is easy to use for all users of all age group.
Positive: The app interface is user-friendly for users of all age group which means minimal training is required for usage among a pool of drivers.
Negative: The online portal could do with a new look. Currently there are two versions of the online portal and both have their different pros and cons. It can be messy as a result thus i would recommend a merger between the two versions.

Summary: Have been using it for the past years. Overall it's very good and appreciate my friend for recommending me this powerful app.
Positive: Easy to use and real time tracking of product. Proof of delivery is almost as immediate. Call and sms function is wonderfully in place.
Negative: Good to preview driver route even after driver offline.

Summary: Before Detrack we plan the routes on paper and was a mess. With Detrack we have productive and clean delivery planning reporting for every single delivery.
Positive: The driver app is very useful. The admin panel is very good. Very easy and convenient delivery management. Delivery proof with images and geo tagging. Easy API configuration with our EPR software. Very easy configuration for SMS notification.
Negative: GPS history on vehicles is missing. Group deliveries and organizing with which comes first and second and etc. is missing.

Summary: Great experience so far. Have been using it for 5 years and no plans to change that. The team is helpful whenever we've needed them. We integrated our system around their APIs.
Positive: Fully-featured, reliable, at a fraction of the cost of other comparable products. Great customer service. Phone apps reliable, and Covid signatures were introduced in a timely manner.
Negative: Arabic text in labels always gets messed up. The interface could use a bit of a design touch.

Summary: Great experience. The team are always there to help and quickly. The software is reliable and becomes easy to navigate around when you're familiar with it.
Positive: Customisable. Flexible and integrates with Shopify. Couldn't ask for much more out of a delivery management platform.
Negative: Maybe if they introduce an in-built route optimiser.

Summary: All is well for us. Never think to change to another tracking portal as Detrack have serve ABZ partners well for nearly a year.
Positive: Easy to use to import jobs and track driver jobs. easily other users will be able to see all jobs. Well done Detrack.

Summary: Great experience with the app and it has allowed us to stay connected and system our deliveries for our customers.
Positive: Ease of use for even those not as comfortable with technology, rarely any issues with the app, prompt service from tech support whenever there are issues, functionality is complete (they have thought of everything), attractive & intuitive, can load several photos as well as signatures, download logs, and more.
Negative: When one driver can't complete an order or forgot to mark it as closed, when we close the order we lose any photographs taken. I do understand that the constraints are due to privacy but thought I would share as it's really the only issue.

Perfect Solution for Logstics Management Date: Jul 28 2021
Summary: Overall, the pricing model has to be the best available for the full feature set that is available. Drivers have a clear view of what they need to do on a daily basis. Transport team have an accurate overview of where drivers are and can quickly update them with any changes to jobs they're currently allocated.
Positive: The interface across both desktop and mobile is easy to use. It's helped us to simplify and streamline our logistics management within our business. Being able to update our drivers with information whilst they're out on the go from one centralised platform is brilliant. It's also helped us to continue with our digital first scheme to reduce delivery paperwork and overall printing.
Negative: So far in the time we've been using this application we've not experience any issues. It just works!

Very handy tool for running our battery collection system Date: Jul 28 2021
Summary: Very happy with Detrack. On the 3 or 4 times I have contacted support they have always been very quick to respond.
Positive: Our application of Detrack is probably a little left field but we find it invaluable for running our battery collection service.
Very easy to setup and use. Provides a great customer experience with notifications as to when we are going to perform their collection and deliver a replacement battery container and send them a POD once the job has been done. Based on the bar coded serial numbers on our containers I can track which customer site a containers has come from if there are any issues.Negative: Completed jobs are marked on the Calendar as green however jobs that have been scheduled (assigned a driver & date) and those that haven't are both shown as blue, so I cannot distinguish between them.
