Summary: It feels like the data I need to track what's going and what needs to go on will be at the tip of fingers, once I have it all worked out.

Positive: Complete flexibility to analyse data in so many ways and formats.
Accessibility to share tools and solutions across our business.

Negative: Finding where to get started among all of the options!

Summary: Very satisfied with the product and the performance. Charts look sleek and easy on the eyes. Overall very satisfied.

Positive: Easy to build cards. Sumo cards are super useful to analyze large amounts of data, Upsert is a great feature and very helpful with SAP BW as a source system.

Negative: Disappointed that it cant handle incremental (Delta) loads. But now with UPSERT, it is no more a concern.

Summary: The experience has been great, support responds extremely quickly if a problem does arise. Our entire team uses it on a daily basis and it has dramatically increased speed.

Positive: Domo is extremely easy to use and has become an integral part of our day to day. It adds the ability to combine datasets from lots of different locations and datatypes into one seamless dataset that gives a holistic view.

Negative: We work very closely with several other organizations and transferring dashboards and datasets between organizations to avoid reinventing the wheel is extremely cumbersome and time-consuming.

Summary: I'd recommend Domo to anyone with hungry data analysts/architects/developers on their team. With a growing list of connectors, Domo offers an always improving platform for companies to discover the insights in their data.

Positive: Domo takes all the power of traditional SQL based reporting and makes it so that anyone with decent Excel experience can quickly get into the weeds of their data. Magic ETL 2.0 is intuitive, powerful, and extremely fast. Card building is as easy as building a pivot table in Excel with near unlimited ability to customize.

Negative: One feature that I have yet to find in Domo is the ability to see the underlying SQL being written based on the Magic ETL work that you are doing. I believe this would take it to another level and give people with less SQL experience a chance to learn what their drag and drop approach is really doing behind the scenes.

Summary: Since I know Domo, I want to do everything with this, and I love the way you can visualize on your mobile phone.

This is really an excellent tool.

Positive: I really like the way that I can interact with the graphics and the way I can create reports that make easy to visualize the data, going from general to particular.

I think the drill path is very useful, and let us have different views and very interactive.

Also the option.that you can change the view of the graphic without affecting the original one is really great.

Negative: For the company I work for, we use google, and Domo.is not compatible with google slides, and that is a shame, it will be very helpful.

Summary: I have used Tableau, Power BI, Looker and Sisense. And I have learnt that no BI tool is equipped with everything. Domo is as good as any other BI tool. It has its limitations like all the other BI's but it's a great BI.

Positive: Lots of connectors. API connection. Domo is a very easy tool to use from the ETL process to dashboard and card building.

Negative: There is room for improvement in Domo. The Jupyter features are incredibly valuable but they are an expensive add-on. I wish Domo had color palettes.

Summary: It's a great tool for business analysts and easy for anyone to get started on data manipulation and create dashboard reports.

Positive: Combine the data ETL process and dashboard.
Easy to get started and you can learn quickly.
There are a lot of resources on training and helpful tips.

Negative: Lack of complex functionality.
As a web-based application, some times browser not responding and you will lose what you are working on.

Summary: Domo really provides my business with the detailed analytics and insights that we can use to maximize on our revenue. Its GUI is simple and easy to navigate and really provides for a shorter learning curve. Overall great experience so far!

Positive: Simple, easy to use. Gui is designed for someone to not have to worry about opening up a user manual.
Short learning curve.

Negative: Feature parity with competitors would be nice. but i know that's a work-in progress. For all the features and capabilities it provides for now, it does a great job, but having more features would help to provide a deeper insight.

Summary: Domo has been used by company more than 10 years and everyone loves it, it is used in all of our meetings.

Positive: This is the best tool for all companies to use to monitor all status individual and company. It's very easy to use.

Negative: Updates to what new categories were added-perhaps a notification items have changed, added or moved.

Summary: DOMO is a great product to help you solve and answer multiple questions everyday. It is a go to resource to help drive growth.

Positive: DOMO Is a great application to sort through data with a few clicks. It save time and effort and I can pull reports myself.

Negative: When you have a card with a huge data set it takes some time to filter through the data.

Summary: I use DOMO many times per day to help me answer the questions I need. It saves me a lot of time. Glad we have DOMO.

Positive: It is great to be able to create custom searches and add filters with easy to drill down to get the data needed.

Negative: There is a lot of data and sometimes it takes time it open a card that has a big data set to filter.

Summary: Enterprise-wide platform customization taps into an array of data insights solutions & is highly adopted.

Positive: High value returns on costs, resources energies and Domo account management partnership collaboration.

Negative: Sparse in person forums for best practices networking.

Summary: Overall DOMO is a great time saver that gets even more efficient over time as more data is centralized into the system.

Positive: Easily allows integration of disparate data sets into one centralized data lake to provide me the ability to get a wholistic view across the entire company in one location. This allows me to empower non-technical staff to view self-service reports. This saves me tremendous amounts of time not having to answer simple questions. I can now focus on adding more data elements and create more analysis to show what is working well and what needs improvement.

Negative: There are a couple of things that I don't like. First and foremost are many of the add-ons are more costly than DOMO itself. Second is the connector for Survey Monkey. This connector is not useful. It's easier to download/upload the responses manually.

Summary: Very happy with it. Can't wait to learn more about the all-inclusive platform. If they can find a solution for smaller businesses and find a better pricing model to allow for user-scale then I could see them easily overtaking Tableau and Power BI within several years.

Positive: There is not a single aspect of delivering value with data that isn't made better by Domo.
- Pre-built connectors allow newbies to connect and stream data from near anywhere.
- Magic ETL is easy to grasp and FAST, allowing newbies to transform data with ease.
- Dashboard building combined with alerts makes for a huge operational add to any business.
- TONS of extra capabilities, almost endless value to learn. Domo Everywhere, Python scripting, Machine Learning, apps for days, etc.
- They come out with new stuff all the time to make the experience THAT much better.

Negative: This con is actually a pro in disguise...

If you are a beginner considering Domo because of how easy it makes data, you may be disappointed at how expensive it is. If your company can't afford a data engineer, it is less likely they can afford Domo.

However...
If you can't afford a data engineer, I would actually recommend Domo EVEN MORE because...
If you do it the right way, Domo can save you a new hire in what it does for you that you would otherwise need a data engineer for. They are an all-inclusive data solution. They are the servers, the warehouse, the scheduler, the code engine, the data transformation tool, the visualization tool, and even the alert tool.

Summary: Overall my experience with Domo has been amazing! I love the tool and the community Domo is working to build.

Positive: Domo is so easy and flexible to use! Whether you are a technical user or not there is a feature for everyone. The tool can pretty much be customized to do anything you want it to.

Negative: There are a few great features that do not get a lot of attention from Domo's product team. I would love for Domo to re-visit these features so that they can become even more useful.
